If this opponent is very tight (i.e a setminer) you could re-raise on the flop small and if he calls or shove I give up the hand.

If it is a loose opponent I re-raise on flop and go broke on turn.

Hi,

Against an unknown 3bet the flop and go broke, you'll see people randomly minraise and felt draws/Jx/bluffs there, i very much doubt he's a decent player since he limp/called from the hijack first to act.

Hope it helps.
