A 3-bet in position is very often weak. Like a draw or A-high. So I like to cap his 3-bet (take a note about his 3-betting range whenever you can) if he is unknown.

As played the Q :club: doesn't complete any draw but may complete a few overcards.
I think you can calldown as long as the river is no A, J or :heart:.
