Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

Play hand

$0.25/$0.5 Fixed-Limit Hold'em (6 handed)

Preflop: Hero is CO with J:d, J:h.
2 folds, Hero raises, 2 folds, BB 3-Bets, Hero caps, BB calls.

Flop: (8.4 SB) 5:h, 3:s, K:c (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets, BB raises, Hero calls.

Turn: (6.2 BB) 8:s (2 players)
BB bets, Hero calls.

River: (8.2 BB) 8:d (2 players)
BB bets, Hero calls.

Final Pot: 10.2 BB.

Can I give this up against a TAG?

Against a reasonable TAG I think you can fold the turn or river. I prefer the river as if he tried a bluff on the flop he will continue very often on the turn but give up on the river.

Board: 5h 3s Kc 8s
Dead:

equity win tie pots won pots tied
Hand 0: 05.601% 03.81% 01.79% 47 22.00 { JdJh }
Hand 1: 94.399% 92.61% 01.79% 1141 22.00 { JJ+, AKs, AKo }

If JJ and QQ is even in his range which I doubt as he has to play wa/wb here and against his most likely range you have 0% equity.
