Hey

It depends on how big of a fish UTG2 is. If he's joining after you a lot of the time, I like it, because you're gonna have position over both players and can then paly your hand pretty well. You're gonna have a very strong hand compared to his range and your equity should be decent against MP3's range.

But remember, you can't justify a call against MP3 alone, so if UTG2 isn't a big fish, I'd just fold it. If you're not absolutely confortable playing this post flop, just muck it. You can make calling a profitable move, but if you make a mistake, it's gonna cost you a lot! So it might just not be worth it.

Post flop, you gotta be careful. MP3 won't be cbetting with air into 2 people. He's most likely gonna have you beat. I'd just fold to his cb.
