There is unfortunately nothing we can do about you not being eligible for the starting capital as this is support's decision, not ours. You can try writing a ticket to support using the Support Ticketing System to find out why you are not elibible for it and are still welcome to use one of our first deposit bonuses. The phone check was implemented to prevent fraud, similar to all the other ID checks. We are sorry if you are unable to pass the ID checks, but we can unfortunately rarely do anything about that.

well i havn't got an email saying that i havn't passed ID check+ i wrote to that security ticket, and no answer from them too :/

P.S what other deposit bonus? can't seem to find other bonuses in here :/
