i don't like it at all.
I'd 3-bet the UTG raiser if he isn't too nitty and fold to a 4-bet no matter if BU cold4-bets or UTG 4-bets.
If you know BU likes to squeeze try to trap him with QQ or AK or maybe even KK/AA in that spot.
The problem with AQ is that it is dominated against AK which BU could easily call after your shove. Even against JJ you just have a flip.

UTG = MP = loosish reg, pretty standard squeezespot.. surely it's profitable if you count all the times he folds to the shove?
If you got around 500hands, can you tell us what his sqz%, 3bet vs MP open and 3bet in general is?
It depends on his 4/5bet (in this case call) tendencies. You have position on him so it is relatively easier to attack postflop pots + you keep his range wide if he 3bets a lot

ahh ok, I see.
3-bet stats on BU would be nice.
If he doesn't know, that you are capable of trapping there with JJ+, AQ, AK
then it's a good move, because he'll think that you are bluffing and he'll call with worse hands, f.e. AJs.

As the previous posters said a few squeezestats would be nice, he needs to bluffsuqeeze quite a bit to make the shove +EV imo.
Don't get me wrong: with some reads that the opponent is competent and uses good spots in general a shove is definitely an option even w/o any squeeze-stat but I'm still not sure if AQ is a bit too strong to turn into a bluff.
