I think you can't fold against JsTs, pure bluffs and free SD raises.

Though one, but giving your equity you shouldnt fold.

On the other hand, it is really unlikely he is continuing on the flop with hands like JT (which he could raise turn as a semi bluff) giving you 3betted him preflop. He could have played TT-QQ this way postlfop, but would have capped them pf. Free SD raise on the turn with worse pairs doesnt make sense either, because there are so few draws on the board.
So from this point of view, you only beat pure bluffs on the turn and additional 98 on the river when the deuce doubles.

How often he will bluff, or overplay sometimes 9x ? Don't know I feel really bad calling this down...

You definitely can't fold the turn. He might raise for a free SD with a 9x- or 2x-hand to get pockets to fold or 98 against which you have some outs.
On the river it's close. You beat 98 and purebluffs. I guess against an unknown player I'd crying call. Against reasonable players I tend to fold the river.

I agree to the turnplay but yeah, i feel also not that good with calling the riverbet. without a read, i call the river but a lot of tag's have the ace 99% of the time that you can fold with a clear conscience.
