Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

Play hand

$1/$2 Fixed-Limit Hold'em (6 handed)

Preflop: Hero is BB with 2:s, 6:s.
4 folds, SB raises, Hero calls.

Flop: (4 SB) Q:c, Q:h, 3:c (2 players)
SB bets, Hero calls.

Turn: (3 BB) K:s (2 players)
SB bets, Hero raises

What do you think of my improvisation?
Villain stats: 34/23/2.6/33, 44 hands

I think he 2-barrels with almost all of his range, but gives me some credit on this board. Maybe I'm thinking too much and trying to be too tricky for this limit.

Dont do this, it will work only against another pure bluff and weak Ahigh (which he wont bet there), strong A-high is calling your raise here as he allso has a gutshot. Open ender JT, which he would bet the turn with will allso call your raise, any pair should call you down here, doubled board is allways good for anyone who has some made hand HU, because it generally gives better equity, and opponent with stats like these is likely aware of it.
+ you are allways loosing 1 more BB on the turn if your bluff doesnt succed, than you win if it does succed, and it will succed very few times.
The only good thing about this play is, you gain some value for future hands when you will actually hit, because they will be willing to pay you off more, but opponents on these limits doesnt pay too much attention to the game anyways.

Hi!

I think your play is not terrible since you almost have outs(that is floating). When you add that he will check turn or that you may bluff some hands it gets an option.

But... Your hand is just a little to bad for me to continue on this flop.I need a bit higher cards for this and a BDFD. Lets make it QsQh5c and you have 9s4s

But as played I think your turn bluffraise is o.k. to do once in a while. There are actually a lot of hands he will fold all low card combos and also Ax will at least have hard time calling this one down. When he calls you I think you have to bet again on most rivers to make him fold all drawing hands or when draw comes in Ahigh

In general... I think there is no need for this play on lower stakes. This is very high variance play and there are much easier spots to make money.
