Hi!

Flop call is fine but turn is a fold. You only have 6 very dirty outs which often suffer domination and reverse implied odds. In addition there is a player behind you who may raise.

As played I see his river range mostly on made hands(mostly overpairs) as he probably plays c/c with Ahigh(maybe even on turn).Since he seems bad he will probably be very SD bound with these hands and you wont make him fold them.
If you plan on bluffing I would preffer donking as he may fold some K/A high hands but I think c/f is still the best
