Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

Play hand

$0.1/$0.25 No-Limit Hold'em (9 handed)

Known players:
[tg]SB$25.10:///////;BB$34.85:///////;UTG1 (Hero)$26.20:///////;UTG2$28.40:///////;MP1$34.50:///////;MP2$14.40:///////;MP3$10.00:///////;CO$46.20:///////;BU$37.25:///////;[/tg]

Preflop: Hero is UTG1 with K:h, K:s.
Hero raises to $0.75, UTG2 folds, MP1 calls $0.75, 6 folds.

Flop: ($1.85) T:h, 4:s, 5:c (2 players)
Hero bets $1.00, MP1 raises to $3.00, Hero calls $2.00.

Turn: ($7.85) 6:h (2 players)
Hero checks, MP1 bets $4.50, Hero folds, MP1 gets uncalled bet back.

Final Pot: $7.85.

Villan is a multitabling regular playing 16/12, but I only have 70 hands on him.

In my opinion his line looks like a set one, but I wonder whether should I call turn again or is c/f there alright?

Call turn, sets often don't c/r a board like this. Also his bet on turn is rather small, so i guess he has 67 or Tx

problem that 67 and maybe even At would play the same way.
So I´d c/c turn and evaluate river
