What's the best way to play low to medium pocket pairs at these microstakes in early and middle phase, in your opinion?

your not in early phase anymore.. Your almost in late phase. when i have around 20 BB i fold low pairs preflop or if your in a good spot you can try to blind steal with them.

I'd call the flop bet because it's so low, but i would check it down to the end after..

From the 2 hands i've seen. Your playing way too agressive. I actually played the same as you, very agressive and trusting my reads blindly. And even though i was right most of the time. You really don't need to be that agressive to win at the lower limits. Playing simple ABC poker is really enough, blind steal when your in a good spot and play TAG is really all that's needed.
(and practicing ICM and posting hands ofcourse)

I have about 25bb, so I'm quite far from late phase. I just started playing again, after a short break and I decided to post a lot of hands the first few days so I can improve my game, then of course I'll post only really interesting hands.

Another thing I noticed is that I do better in turbo's because in regular SNG they play to fast, players being eliminated as fast as in a turbo, despite the blinds raising a lot slower and I become the shortstack really early and I'm often put in the situation to push or fold to a reraise holding AKs with over 20bb.

this is a fold pre flop.

players at low limits wont be tight enough to make loose steals like this profitable.

you want to raise value hands that are easy to play and easy to go broke with if you hit.

ATs+ 77+ is acceptable.

as played check behind turn for pot control/show down value and check behind river same reason

Nice hand well played. I'm OK raising any pocket pair in these spots. I raise to 150 though and the hand just becomes a nice cheap blindsteal :).

EDIT: Just looked and turn is quite close. Checking behind and giving up is OK but he shows huge weakness so I guess you can bet it too.
