I download the software but i cant log in from the reason that the software ask from me the password postgreSQL.
and i didnt put any password there.. what should i do?

The default password is postgrespass.

Okay, see if it is postgrepass.
Also have you installed PostgreSQL previously, maybe you had a trial version of PokerTracker3 or Holdem Manager. If you have then it could possibly be the password you entered when you set it up previously.
Failing the above then it will probably be a good idea to uninstall everything and start from scratch.
