Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

Play hand

$0.1/$0.2 Fixed-Limit Hold'em (9 handed)

Preflop: Hero is BB with A:h, A:d.
2 folds, MP1 raises, MP2 folds, MP3 3-Bets, 2 folds, SB calls, Hero caps, MP1 calls, MP3 calls, SB calls.

Flop: (16 SB) 6:h, Q:c, 8:s (4 players)
SB checks, Hero bets, MP1 raises, MP3 3-Bets, SB calls, Hero calls, MP1 caps, MP3 calls, SB calls, Hero calls.

Turn: (16 BB) 2:s (4 players)
SB checks, Hero checks, MP1 bets, MP3 raises(All-In), SB calls, Hero calls, MP1 calls.

River: (21.6 BB) K:s (3 players)
SB checks, Hero checks, MP1 checks.

Final Pot: 21.6 BB.

Straight forward cap on PFR, then encountering large amounts of aggression on the flop, I try to see the showdown as cheap as possible.

Cap the flop and bet out turn. MP3 could 3bet the flop with AQ, KQ, KK. As played, the turn sucks but I think you have to call because MP3 went all-in. I wouldn't mind folding there, but at these stakes calldown seems fine.

no fold on the turn! mp3 is almost all in and he'll raise up again with any pair. flop is a cap against xQ and KK as taave already said and river is a bet.
