Against most TAGs you can go for c/f since he will nnot bluff you here on this blank since your hand just looks like what you have. Also your kicker is a too weak to valuebet.
With AT/AJ+ its a valuebet for me.
i like it more with AJ but as dawnfall correctly adviced, A7 is a c/f against a tag. your hand looks pretty much than the hand that you actually have and he has to assume that you could go for a cc and what should he have called with on the turn. that he called KJ or KQ and bets this on the river is very unlikely that you can make a good c/f on the river.
