Dont see him folding any made hand and he can easily donk vs your flop cap on turn and then u dont achieve anything with it.
in terms of the best investment cap CB is the most economical line as you can save 1SB but it looks quite like a flushdraw when you cap IP as the boards includes 2 undercards which you won't have and a good King you would usually raise again on the turn. it basically depends on whether you have your lines balanced and if you do cap with a K IP also sometimes but if you don't your opponent will certainly spot this and donk the turn and then you have paid 1SB more than necessary. it depends but cap and call is both possible.
