Sup brahs, I just lost in a tourney, here was my last hand.
Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

Play hand

$30/$60 No-Limit Hold'em (10 handed)

Known players:
[tg]CO$2420.00:///////;BU$7420.00:///////;BB$9860.00:///////;BB$3720.00:///////;UTG$2940.00:///////;UTG1 (Hero)$2740.00:///////;UTG2$3860.00:///////;MP1$3720.00:///////;MP2$2860.00:///////;MP3$2840.00:///////;[/tg]

Preflop: Hero is UTG1 with K:c, K:h.
UTG folds, Hero raises to $240.00, UTG2 calls $240.00, 4 folds, BU calls $240.00, BB folds, BB calls $180.00.

Flop: ($900) 9:d, Q:d, 7:c (4 players)
BB bets $180.00, Hero raises to $1,147.00, UTG2 calls $1,147.00, BU folds, BB folds.

Turn: ($3374) A:c (2 players)
Hero raises to $1,353.00(All-In), UTG2 calls $1,353.00.

River: ($6080) 7:d (2 players)

Final Pot: $6080.

Results follow:

Hero shows two pairs, kings and sevens(Kc Kh).
UTG2 shows a flush, ace high(Ad 4d).

UTG2 wins with a flush, ace high(Ad 4d).

I was wondering how should've I played the hand? This is why I hate having pocketpairs UTG. -_-

I watched the hand replayer, and I realized that I should've gone all in on the flop. :(

he would fold all the worse hands if you shove on the flop directly. On the other hand if you just raise you are commited anyway so against thinking opponent it does not make a big difference whether just raise or shove.

I like your line as the flop raise can extract more value than shove imo.

I might even raise smaller to 700, since you´re going to shove anyway most turn cards and this way you can still fold your hand.
Since you made it 1100 I guess you have to shove turn.
Edit: also wrong forum. I asked it to move Hand Evaluations MTT's until $11

Hey coolcat22,

unfortunately you have picked the wrong forum to post your hand in. I have moved it to the MTT forums for you _smile:
