if im in sit n go or in a tournament and i get AK on the first hand
and two other players go all in.
what should i do?

First of all I have moved you're thread to the tournaments section, because it's fits better.
It depends a lot what kind of SNG or tournament you're playing and how deep the stacks are, but normal I wouldn't gamble with AK in a multi way all-inn in the first hand of the tournament.
