Forum moderators don't have access to account information, so I suggest that you create a customer support ticket Follow the link then click the 
beside "Open a new ticket"
Give them all the details you can, such as your username, the date when you joined and so on.
If it has only been a couple of days since you signed up to Unibet, maybe wait a couple of day.
Support staff everywhere is swamped lately, due to short staffing levels, and a large number of tasks.

I suggest that you create the ticket, and follow that thread's advice -- if customer service needs more information, they'll ask

I had a problem....i added my user name but as unibet ables to create 5 dif alias it is wrong...
correct is user that u can get from unibet.com site...

Did you use the ID number as shown in the thread you linked to before?
Did you contact Unibet support for help?
Unfortunately I'm not able to help, since I have no access to account info, and I know next to nothing about Unibet.

i did a ticket and read from forum (link i posted earlyer) helped out...
on unibet i can help about gaming and how the field is...other real problems we have regular unibet support here ? it think?
