Is it possible to retrack existing accounts
Please write a Ticket to our support with your accountname and the re-track request.
The requirement is that you didn't sign up at Unibet through another affiliate. We will send the retrack list to Unibet once a week so please be patient since it can take a while.
We will tell you via Ticket if it was possible to re-track your account.
If it wasn't, please accept this. Requesting the re-track additional times won't help.

Where can I find the handhistories?
You can't see them while you are playing, but they get saved in the "Gamehistory.dat“-file. In the lobby you can see your handhistories by clicking "Menu“ -> "My Page“ -> "Playcheck".
How many tables can i play at the same time?
You can play up to 10 tables at the same time
What's the minimal buy-in at NL tables??
The minimal buy-in is 20BB.
How can I see the betsizes of my opponents?
In the normal view you can only see it by moving your mouse over the chips. In the miniview the bet amounts will be displayed.
Can I deactivate the casino link at the tables?
Yes. You can deactivate it under "Preferences -> Global Table Options" .
How does the buddylist work?
The buddylist is kind of a "friendliste“ and the added players will get some sort of invite.

Can I use Pokertracker 2 on Unibet?
To use pokertracker you will need to have the newest patch installed.
Pokerace also works on Unibet, Layouts for the miniview can be found here but unfortunately the thread is in German but since there are previews and download links I think it's okay.
But Pokerace only shows mucked hands if the opponents allowed it.
Where can I find a converter for Unibet handhistories?
Here you should be able to convert your hands. But obviously you have to change"$" to "€"
Can I use the elephant on Unibet?
Not yet but it will be possible to use the Elephant with Unibet in the future

What's the VIP Loyalty Bonus?
The VIP Loyalty Bonus will depend on how much net rake you generate in a certain month.
Because of the Microgaming Network policy, we are not allowed to disclose further details.
The Loyalty Bonus will be payed out at the beginning of every month.
What can I do with the VIP points??
You can use them as tourney buy-ins or you could also use them in the shop.
