Seeing that villain is a fish he might place a bet with the a ten pair there to scare me off a jack . He might even bet with a flush draw which he missed. Once he calls I am pretty sure I am beat.

If you think he'll turn a 10 into a bluff then check call.

That being said I don't think fishes really think that much.

Check fold > Check call > Bet

Betting river serves absolutely no purpose as it makes worse hands fold and better hands call.

Really cannot say much without reads on previous hands.

Hand 2

I would never really call here with QT. I'd rather call with AJ+ or 67s type hands. AJ+ cause I'll be ahead of his range most of the time considering he's been betting high. Suited connectors cause of two reasons

1. If I hit something big I get paid off.
2. I can float a lot of flops and and give up easily if I miss.

Raising a lot of flops is also an option on wet boards. QT can get you in a lot of trouble especially when he can have AQ,KQ,JQ,AT,KT in his range.

Hand 3

I prefer to call pre but if he's got a very low fold to 3bet then raising would be better. Post flop I would play the same way especially after the club hit on the river.

Hand 4

Sick spot but folding is the better option here especially when the straight hit on the turn. I don't think he'll ever shove a worse hand here. A really hard laydown but I'm sure a laydown is better here even with the given odds.

The problem is that villain knows that he has no fold equity here most of the time.

hey satishy ty for the review. What stakes and what site are you playing? I was just 2 BI short of moving to 16nl with 25NI. Lost 16BI in last 3 days, now will have to grind back

Took a weeks break from poker and now playing again. Variance does not seems to be on my side even now. Lost some more banks. Will be posting hands very soon.

Ok so it has been quite some time since I have posted, mainly because I was losing alot and dont like to blog when I am losing lol . So what I did was went back to 5nl made 10BI in 5k hands. Went back to 10nl and in the next 15k hands things worked out pretty nice and I managed +10BI. So finally back on track now
