I always worried about keeping this updated and i think i indicated as much in my initial post and my own concerns have be proved to be well founded.
I read a lot of Blogs old and new and think i can spot those that have longevity, all the one that start
"hi i am Bob, i am 19 have a BR of $50, come with me on my journey to the top" often don't last long, and i think that is absolutely fair enough, i am sure every body who starts one at that precise moment means every thing they say and i am no exception.
Reading back on the more senior and seasoned bloggers, the guys that are still on it 1/2/3 years after they started have something special that i feel many of us who start of with good intentions don't have. The drive, the commitment the inherent make up for the task ahead, and it is IMHO as it should be. A little bit that the cream will rise to the top.
So again i make no real commitment to this blog save that i will come here to hang my hat on the peg as and when and see where we end up. If it falls by the way side no biggie, if it develops into something of value for me ( and others!) then brill.
So what have i been up to:
Work
Is a killer one day 2 staff are getting laid off, the next we all have to go down to 50% post, the next we all need to lose one day and so on and so on. The students numbers are very low and any restructure to the lecturer hours/days is only papering over cracks. Any way that should be resolved in the next week or two. Either way it is going to be a lot more work for no extra reward.
The calibre of students is ghastly now that school leaving age as been raised and parents force their kids to college on any course that they can get on so that they can still receive benefits. Not the environment for job satisfaction or good teaching and learning.
Charity for a while now i have been working for a food bank , this was one Saturday once every 6 weeks or so but now i have taken on a commitment every Wed for them too, its a couple of hrs. in the evening. I have also volunteered to be a First aider for them too, so i have to go off for training. I have to be careful or i will end up using any free time i have doing this. The trouble is i am one of the youngest involved am very organised (ex SSM in the Army) and therefore stick out like a sore thumb as a useful asset, got to be careful not to take on too much though.
Family I am seeing more and more of my Grandchildren which i cherish every moment off, when i am sat with my 2 grandsons watching cartoons or play fighting i feel i have everything in the world. Most of you guys are youngster's and you have this too look forward to and believe you me you may love poker but Grandkids are something else. Remember i told this in 20/30/40 years time then you will get it 
Daughter has 3rd one on the way and we for ever seem to doing something or other for her and her hubbie, which we love but it don't leave much time free. This morning i ran my SIL 20 miles to work in his car at 6.30 AM, so that he can cycle to work 10 miles, and after work home 30 miles, nutter. But it meant that i could not have my normal Friday tea time to wee hours grind

Poker
With all of the above this has obviously suffered, RL top trumps this and will continue to do so.
Basically when i get home form work i am either exhausted with the stress of it all or dealing with some of the above. This does not mean that i have been totally idle because i haven't, whist i have not logged all of i have done on the poker front it kind of reads like this:

Attended about 4 hrs. live coaching
Read at least 5 strategy articles
300 hand on ICN trainer ( not to bad but i need to seek some help on this some spots are unclear)
Played with Pokerstove and Equilab
Read quite a few posted HH
Sorted out some HM issues
Sorted out a major mouse issue when multitabling
Played about 4 session, 1 to 2 hrs per. 8/17 tabling which is a lot for me.
Replayed 30 sng's in their entirety in Universal replayer, and generally happy with what i saw.
Railed a fair bit
So when you lay it out like that i suppose have tried to keep my finger on the pulse.
Notes
Get some games played. I still like my idea od having 2 specific sorts of sessions;
Session type one, playing more tables than i am used to to build up tolerance
Session type 2, Two, play fewer to focus on reads, note taking, HUD interpreting (topical eh pads )
I am going to play both types stacked as i know if i am ever going to MT properly this is the way ahead so i should take every opportunity to get used to that.
I need to post a few hands in the forum as during my review on Universal i found at least 3 spots which i am unsure of.
BTW my wrist is starting to ache which is a worry at this early juncture of playing more tables.
Just thought of something that made me laugh.
My missus said to me the other night , as i was laid on the settee with my lappy on" God you must have read everything their is to know about poker now" . Bless.
Hmmmm Fitz has a new a video of mass tabling sng's i see, think i wanna watch it, wonder if i can play a few at the same time. Session 1 type obvious.

Played very little, work and family matters combined with more commitment to the food bank project gives little free time. Railing a few low level horses when I have an hour free but guess I could be playing at the same time, but just generally not feeling the love at the moment.
EV, VPIP, Ranges, ICM, LAG,TAG, BOBTAIL, NASH, Red line, Green line, FE, it goes on and on and on, blah blah blah. Its hard to see how any one loses a pot when all seem to know what is going on in every hand in every spot and in every variable. But how many times do you see in HH, villain can not have.... oops he has that hmmmmmmmmm.
When in doubt say Variance and that answers every thing, I am not saying all of the above is unnecessary because it clearly is but ffs its a pain I used to enjoy the game now it is not fun, which is such a shame.
Any way the little I did play, on Friday I decided to have some fun have a few beers whilst playing and had read that the 3rb 180's where soft, so I played 3 of them. Won one, and FT the other 2, should have won one of those two as well but.... whatever. Up about $650, ROI through the roof, ITM up etc. etc. etc.
Now I draw no conclusion from that except, its a funny old game.
Any way I do want to play more table, so will try to up that, I do see my self as a 45man sng player and will try to progress that.
Loving the two threads 20k sng in a month and of course "making a living with ST SNG's" by IV

Still playing very little, was railing a few chaps and saw them playing satties into a 109 T had a go and got the ticket, so I have $109 T$ to play with.
I have a week off next week and intend to play a bit. Not sure what yet. Maybe go for a bit of volume on 45 mans or may be some MTT, haven't had a 1k cash yet this year, normally get a few in every year so maybe try to address that.

OK half term is starting after today, cleared the desk and goner have a grind, for me that will probably be 300 games for others that is a days grind. Goner spend some time on a plan but want to have some MTT play perhaps playing 6 to 8 tables to see how comfortable that fits.
Never been Silver so perhaps I can slip that in, although only aim is to enjoy, with the second aim to make some $$ Think I will place a starting graph and a few others on route with the inevitable end of week graph.
