Another day down, but good volume - only zoom.

maybe I am bluffcatching too light in some spots like this:

https://www.pokerstrategy.com/forum/thread.php?threadid=387355&goto=firstnew

which might cost a lot
and also maybe bluffing to light vs cbets, not sure.

Bit busy was with work and parties so did not play much this week. Today played.

And again down

NL5 about breakeven. NL10 ran good, but then that nit 15 vpip over 100 hands:

PokerStars - $0.10 Ante $0.02 NL (6 max) - Holdem - 5 players
Hand converted by PokerTracker 4

BTN: 131.4 BB
SB: 118.3 BB
Hero (BB): 179.8 BB
UTG: 103.5 BB
CO: 285.9 BB

SB posts SB 0.5 BB, Hero posts BB 1 BB, 5 players post ante of 0.2 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 2.5 BB) Hero has K♥ K♦

fold, fold, BTN raises to 3 BB, fold, Hero raises to 9 BB, BTN raises to 15 BB, Hero raises to 179.6 BB and is all-in, BTN calls 116.2 BB and is all-in

Flop: (263.9 BB, 2 players) 5♣ T♦ 6♥

Turn: (263.9 BB, 2 players) 8♥

River: (263.9 BB, 2 players) 7♠

Hero shows K♥ K♦ (One Pair, Kings)
(Pre 18%, Flop 8%, Turn 5%)
BTN shows A♣ A♥ (One Pair, Aces)
(Pre 82%, Flop 92%, Turn 95%)
BTN wins 252 BB

weird 4bet, looks really like AA. But was afraid to make mistake by calling so shipped. And yea, not so much surprise - AA :/

vs I go allin vs nit and block Kx so much it really looks like AA. Not sure what to do - continue to play like this or start calling KK and bluffcatching if there is no Ax on board.

Had such a good day, that I do not even remember having such at zoom:

Was having downswing and this day really helped to recover.

Would have played more hands, but old friend from high school invided to drink some beer , so stopped playing.

This month negative, but at least NL5 about breakeven, allin ev 0.11 bb/100

After this upsing motivation to play rised up, and having holidays for this week, so its good, I will be able to play :)

weird but poker gods again love me:

dont remember such good days in a row. Had lot of motivation to play when running so good, so volume is good, of course holidays help for this.

You are running good. Have you changed something significant in your game lately?

I think after posting big hand losess in hand discussion forums, I found out that I bluffcatch too light, and started trying to fold more when I get raise in 3bet pots.

Really I think now - people do not bluffraise in 3b pots that much. Unless we know they are agro.

Also I started to x/r less often BB vs UTG. Maybe I spewed money vs their tight ranges.

But I think still big losses are when I overplay hands in 3bet pots. Need to fold even overpair in some situations.

But also this is upswing, I would really like to playe more but I cannot both on stars (cashout does not work because they asked my documents, I could play but I do not have motivation until I am not sure evfrything is good) and also deposited to mansion poker, but speed tables hud is not working and I have no idea what to do, waiting for help.

Hand good day at ipoker NL10:

plus 30 eur from freeroll 2nd place. Forgot to take screenshot. And so little till 1st place. Had KK vs A4o and lost.

But before I ran bad, and also not quality poker, in summer and few days ago combined - had lost in ipoker 50 eur, so now got them back :)

Again good NL10 day:

1 hand KK vs QQ stack, but he called cold 4bet, so not sure could he save stack against me, but this we can count as zero, cause next time I will have QQ.

Good day at NL20, lot of time since I played this limit. Yesterday tried first, also won almost a stack, after I noticed that NL10 looks easy at normal tables when you table select. So today continued:

very bad day at NL20 and its saturday.

at one moment was even 7 stacks down. But it looked that its saturday and tables so fishy, but could not win. I even hit sets and various things, but they did not pay. Also set over set was vs reg.

Later started going better, I would have kept playing, but need to rest my eyes, its not pleasure to watch a screen when eyes get tired. Not fun that I have to leave so fishy tables, but it is how it is. ALso I did very short breaks each hour -less than 5 mins, and played about 7 hours straight, to not be kicked from tables.

I wish there was timer showing how much time left till I was kicked, so could maybe make longer brakes. Now you have to guess and so make shorter ones.

There could be even some sitout timebank - the more longer you play, more the sitout time accumulates if you do not use it, to like maximum 20 mins or so, so you could do proper breaks.

And btw last month was good. Was runing hot on NL20 when I started it.

plus about 60 eur profit in MTTs, mainly from freerols, just few were with buy ins.

this is more interesting. Flush hits and this is turn raise after flop call - usually strong. Only thing that he is short. Might be close I guess, should not be big mistake if it is to fold. Plus 3way flop. PLay not agro post flop - 30/13 afq 31 , 47h. So really this makes me think its ok to fold.

Exploitable bluffs. This time he is lucky that he has JJ, but he could fold 8x I guess.
Hmm. Actually I would have been sure that he will call river such bet even with JJ. He should not have strong aces because he would bet flop. Weak aces also not much, cause he called 4 bb raise in SB. Made a note that he calls this light. So next time maybe need to bet like pot or overbet. And when I have value - bet big also, but still not sure if he would call pot bet when I bet for value, so it means he can fold to pot bet on river.

very agro guy. He could have easily bluffed me out. 28/26 , 3bet 17 (29), cbet 90, Afq turn 80 (5), 86 hands. Maybe could have 4bet/call preflop and hope that he shoves light, pluys also he can call 4b light. But 4b call with JJ I am not big fan, often I can be vs AK, QQ+. So I guees call 3b is not bad. And I have Kx in my range for bluffcathes, so he should not exploit me too much.

29/24, 3b 9, 900h. He looks so agro so I decided I can 4b. But did not notice stack size and I do not want play for stacks 150 bb deep with QQ preflop. I should have folded vs 5bet I think, cause this is usually AA. So I folded flop, cause his range still is AA.

prelop call should be ok, he does not look strong with this line. Flop is OE but hits his range very well.

So in case you notice smth completely wrong, let me know please, I then analise more.

How to make them pay? Today played 560 hands and that how they pay to my premium hands:

It looks like tables are not nitty, they are loose, not folding to 3bets. But when I have those hands, they like know what I have.

This month they are crushing me:

continuing to run down. Tables are fishy. It feels that I should beat them but who knows.

having 14 bi dowsning, over about 10k hands. I guess 15 bi downswings are normal for NL. Ok I guess I do one more stack shot, and if I reach 15 bi dowswing, I move to NL10 to recover bankrol and see how I do there.

I feel that I should beat NL20, I see fish, a lot of them. Not sure why I do not beat.

Or I could make a temporary rule - play NL20 only if I get table with 2 fish with at least 40 bb while on such lost confidence.

And I think I might be bluffing too light as delay cbet when there a are players who cold called 3bets in the pot.

https://www.pokerstrategy.com/forum/thread.php?postid=2510331#post2510331

https://www.pokerstrategy.com/forum/thread.php?postid=2508519#post2508519

THat is not frequent situation, but I guess still we can save some bucks by just having value range.

So I should focus on that:
- Do not delay cbet light especially OOP, even 2nd pair when there is player who cold called 3bet.

Maybe its ok to delay cbet 2n pair like in K8 hand example for thin value in position to charge the overcards. Because I will likely not face a bluff on river which forces to fold me that 2nd pair. But OOP I am bluffed out (or value bet out - are there many bluffing this way besides fish? )

Friday - lost stack at NL20, so reached 15 downswing.

Started NL10 and NL20 only if having 2 fish at least with 40 bb.

But at NL10 also lost almost stack Actyally KK vs AA whole stack lost. So not that bad at NL10 today, just bad luck.
