As usual, some complaints about Betfair support. Yes I like to rant about their shitty service, maybe they will change it someday! (yeah right)
As a result of playing on the Danish equivalent of Betfair, I also have to communicate with the Danish customer support. Despite all my emails being written in English, they respond in Danish every freaking time! I'm probably one of the few non-natives playing on their site, but come on, how hard can it be!
On to the second one ♦ In April I got disconnected as a result of something that was not my fault (I checked my internet connection several times), so I filed for compensation. After one month I got a response (after I urged them to), and they have the balls to tell me no connection problems were determined during that period. Luckily, they did provide a logfile of all those tournaments, and I found that in some of those tournaments 3 out of 5 players were disconnected, so no connection problems, lolwut?
Despite that shit I'm running quite hot in May so far, ROI is at 7.6%, while EV is at 3%.
I won't be able to play this week because I need to hand in an assignment next week and I'm traveling to the Netherlands tomorrow night for a little holiday.
