felt pretty tired during the second half of my session, and my redline tanked a bit....

overall didn't win a pot over 88bb, and didn't lose one over 50bb.
pretty uneventful session id say :f_zZz:

i have been putting in a ton of volume this week but with very little to show for it.

admittedly i have played very poorly, and am failing to make disciplined/necessary folds in spots where i know a fold is correct/in order :f_eek:

however i am still around even for the week, and have decided to move up to NL25 for now.

also, is there anyone out there playing NL25 Zoom and putting in a lot of volume/hard work that would be interested in starting up a small (2-4 person) skype/study group?

bumping this again.

played around 12k hands since my last post, and nl25 has been going alright.

there have been a decent amount of spots where i have gone against myself and made a poor decision, but things are turning around :)

will post an end of the month graph soon (at end of month of course), but as for today, no poker as i have to do school work X(

here's a cool video to fire people up to own at the tables....

played around 3.7k hands today, and was up around 5 BI.

here was a very interesting hand, i shared it in my skype group and still cannot determine a definitive line/answer.

villain playing 19/15/ 7.9% 3bet and 12 AF over 308 hands.

raised flop 1/6 times (small sample)

plan was to call down, but river sizing made me change my mind. what to do what to do........ :f_confused:

Time to Grind!
My undergrad is pretty much done, only 1 more assignment.

Haven't been able to play much, only 10k hands or so this month. But I have almost 50 BI for NL50, and will take a small shot when I am there (bankroll nit).

It is looking like a summer of straight grinding, as I have no job. Currently I am aiming for 30k hands a week, we will see how that goes!

Hey! Nice blog. If you are still looking for players playing the same stakes and discuss hands, do sweat sessions, etc, I am playing zoom 10NL atm. Played two or three sessions lately at 25NL but didn't work out just yet. My skype nickname is "ssnlgrinder". Feel free to add me. Cheers!

About the KJ, how can you not bet the turn? Seems like a good card to keep firing.

KJ hand, turn is a great card to continue betting, but i was just unsure of what worse hands are calling a big bet in that spot. in retrospect it likely should be a turn barrel.

anyways had a pretty poor session today X(

ended up down 1 BI, and this hand particularly sucked :f_cry:

This J9o is your standard defend BvB...?
How much is Sb stealing in this situation, how much is he cbeting, how often he x/f,is Villain teh type of fire once give up?do you have special dinamics???
I think u must know all this answers or part of them to realize your EQ,and make max profit in this situation.
As played I like OTF,turn is ~ don't know,I think if u raised a lot vs this villain maybe u get aktion from Opairs with FD,or nut FD...

hey Yozan, thanks for stopping by!

as for J9o, it is not in my standard defending range. if i recall correctly for some reason i thought sb's open was a min open.

when sb potted flop i weighted his range more towards overpairs/some nfds.

on turn, i timebanked for a bit, but i thought it was more likely villain has TTc+ that he doesn't know what to do, so i just jammed it in.

i love the call :f_biggrin: just too bad about the result!

have a big assignment due and was supposed to be working on it but i got distracted and fired up pokerstars.

within 200 hands i had lost 2BI, and my comp is so slow right now that i had to shut down hem2 and tableninja :f_cry:

so it was back to the old fashioned hudless zoom for a bit ?(

grinded out 3100 hands and ended up 6BI, and i even got shoved on for 4x pot on river with a royal :f_cool:

anyways i cant post any hands (no hem during session), but i took a screenshot of my big hand and will post it sometime later on!
