Hand 1 A :club:2 looks like a flat vs his lead on the turn. His hand smells like a 6. We don't need to protect and we can still get AI on the river if he checks and we decide we're ahead. Flatting lets us see the river with chips b/h and allows us to realise our flush equity more often if we happen to be behind. Plus he may bluff some blank rivers or rep the flush when we have the nuts...

August was swingy. because of that i tilted a little, whine lot etc but have learned few mindest stuff and hope im stronger now.
Almost scored my vpp pace (im ~2k below so no big deal). Rly want to keep this volume in september and load more 30$ games (both 9mans and fiftys).

60s are comming soon - thanks to my stakers i'll be playing few 9mans 60$ - so excited about it. Would be nice if i could maintain the same roi i have now at 30$ - field is almost the same so....

SnG are insane, has no mercy....
Started new deal for 1k games 30+60$ stakes to keep abi ~40$.
Played only 220 games and lost half of roll.... (its like 10BI at 60$ and 20 at 30$- only). Loosing almost every AI, opp have better hands etc. It's not whining or sth, jsut telling how sng are hard and variance is bitch, cause 2 weeks ago i was +1k on prev deal (~6,6% roi), then it change to opposite and im loosing every game im in.

BTW yesterday was record more than 30BI in 1 day, almost 20 games straight.

Have to play, i this is the only thing i can do.

BTW i have to reorganise my daily sheulde, coz i found im bit tired after 2 months of ~every day playing. Lol every day playing it's onlu 3-4h per day, another 3 is spend on wasting a LOT time in front of PC doing shitty stuff like FB, reading blogs or other "funny pic pages". Have to stop this. Also im starting to work out Next week im buying working out bench (dunno word - its my own combination - hope u get it) and i'll be doing some simple FBW. Hope it helps me to keep fit cause recently i failed at being fit...

Today i'll work on my new plan, have to change few things, add some....

I hear you man, just started my own downer, even red line goes to shit, coz me running into top ranges. Ah, well, like you said, only thing to do is to play and study.

BTW about workout, really recommend Convict Conditioning. It's great, effective, short and only equipment needed is a wall, basketball, bar and your own body.

At least read the book...

Good luck with your fitness regime. I would try to take off at least 1 day a week (no poker).
