I'm Ill & I hate it

My flight back was horrible, even though I bought some bacardi rum & a flying pillow, man couldn't sleep through the noize, my cancellation headphones were also partly doing their job

Also my thighs/calves were destroyed after football & party, man I feel like a guy in a wheelchair ♦

Now i'm going to do some Powernapping over 9000 intensity as I have to do a few things here and there

It makes life a bit easier to bear when you are ill but I think one of my specialties is that I am a fast regainer. I slept like 16-20 hours over the last 36 hours with a special cream + massages to heal my calves/thighs as much as possible

Today I had to go to the pub to see Netherlands win vs England. I also saw those Zeh Germans lose versus Les Blues which was fantastic Robben gonna Robben ay :)!

Healthwise, let's say I am at 75% recovering from a 30-35% state of mind so I am doing well
