Ok I go Short!

Hi guys

Today I've made the decision after some wishful thinking that I will switch over to shorthanded No Limit Holdem. The FullRing Utopia wasn't really the Utopia I was expecting: Fish, Low Variance & Ease.

Maybe it is a lack of experience or sth like that but I found FullRing a sort of STATIC environment. I mean it is profitable, maybe it is due the amount of tables you play.

Problem with that is, I ain't tabling 16 nor 24. I only do up till 9.

Furthermore there are some kind of ''unwritten'' rules wherease I think with Shorthanded it is Laissez Faire: You can do whatever you want to play profitable.

Megatabling SH players are quite rare where on FR they are Common and I think that my style and preference is on SH mainly because of this 9 tabling I have.

I will start at the bottom: 25NL SH and my main aim is to improve in SH, get used to 3bet/4bet/kingdippy bets and move up.

I've got all the time of the world since I am moving on to my new appartment at the same time.

It may be true Regs on SH are more skilled but I got my Telescope so I can avoid them

I am looking forward to this progress and also I am more inclined to play some SSS. I also got the opportunity for it since I have to make up till 200NL videos for the Dutch community

i agree with the unwritten rules of SH. I play nl50sh so if u see me at one of your tables please leave b/c i dont want to win/lose money to another pokerstrategist in the english community. btw my nick at ft is the same as here

Nobody understands kingdippy bets - people call them fishy but there not at a high enough level thinking yet - its all about the longterm baby ♠_evil:

Yo guys , I'm very sorry and I was unhappy as well! that I couldn't do the Bronze Coaching.
I had to do some fixing stuff for my new apartment and soon I will be moving there and be there on my own

Well on my own is a biggie since I share my apartment with 1 roommate. Exactly one so that's OK. I also know him for a very long time.

Anyways I promised to make some pics of my room (the other one is occupied by my friend Like-duh-obviously) and first thing u should see is the colour of the walls. disgusting

Furthermore we bought some stuff at the local Ikea in Delft but first we wanted to eat there since we drove for 2 hours (Eastern Part of Holland towards the Western part = 150 kilometres. For a Dutch person it is a big issue. See it as a trip froM Hamburg to München or Madrid -> Barcelona. Or Paris -> Lyon. Or Milaan -> Rome. Or St. Petersburg -> Vladivostok for that matter lol !

so I ate Salmon with some vegetables thing with this cinnamon bread THATS SO FUCKING +++EV FOR YOUR MOOD
It only costed 75pence (Euro) = $1.2 or something like that and it looks something like this:

Back to shopping I bought a desktop and a bed since I already got two closets in my room. I will bring my office chair to my new room from my old room along with the 2 monitors, Quad Core PC, keyboard, MX518 mouse + printer

The chairs seat very well imo so it is a matter of time before we acquire this one.

I was home at around 12 in the night and I was damn hungry.... along the road we stopped for the BUrger King but those assholes were closed

So we went to the McDonalds , buying 6 hamburgers for 6 euro. I made my own big mac from it since at home we got this cheddar cheese + ketchup + some other things

Next week I expect to have internet at my new room and it is glassfiber so it rawks like hell (25 mb/s download speed? 1 mb/s upload? 25²times better than at home here!)

I also take over Ingol's SILVER coaching next october since he resigns as being a coach and with the arguments he gave, I would do the same

( He likes Jana too much so he wants to invest time into that ). Apparantly he applied me for some strippoker thing and I seriously hope it was a joke

So next time you hear my voice is either in a video or THursdays Dutch Coaching or Sundays English Coaching

Hey Whatsup, long time no see :)!

Yes I'm a busy boy right now and personally it is also an amplifier to be frustrated so that's why I am not playing poker at all until I know my life is going to be stable, consistent and transparant again..

Yesterday I was really unhappy. A mix of unfortunate events that I didn't expected. For example:
* I thought someone would print out some assignments for me, she did but didn't bringed it along with her -.- = Tilt Inducing
* Some guy who was stubborn and didn't want to meet up at the other side of the Campus location = Tilt Inducing
* My partner for an important report that counts for like 2 ECTS was really busy so I had to do an assignment (deadline was today 07:00 CET) all alone = Tilt Inducing
* No internet at my room = Tilt Inducing
* Probably no coaching next sunday = Tilt Inducing

And the most important thing of all:
I am more often asking myself the question 'If I still like the study I am doing right now' since I can easily be attached to it for 3 years.

So I am having an appointment with my supervisor next tuesday about this. Switching to Fiscal Economics (taxes etc.) is for me an excellent option since then I think I will be not so moody and stuff because I am not really sure what the hell I am doing at Business Administration and what I need it for for my future life.

My ♥ heart lies in Copenhagen Business School and damn sure I am going to attempt applying for that next year. My curriculum is International Baccalaureate English + regular Dutch diploma (I only got one Six (=sufficient) and the rest are 7s & 8s)

As you can see I am a little bit depressed, it's not a big deal but I should be careful that I should never éver escalate this so I have to take care of myself

I might take a break from poker, I just had a major breakdown (psychologically..)

Tomorrow is the graduation day , that's why I think back to good but especially bad times , yes it makes me a Sad Panda but also a suicidal one

If it provides anything for you to hold on to, remember life is a long ball game. The downswings come and go, but when you ride them out, good will come.

I'm going through some ugliness at the moment.. well about 2 years of ugliness culminating in a fruit salad of not niceness. On the plus side it brings out my weird side, on the downside I want to break things and I have a tolerance level of ~.001 with people who I care about.

The guts of it is, don't give up on things. As hard as it is and as much as it hurts and no matter how angry/upset you get there is an upside and you will get there - where ever there may be for you.
