I'm now running $15/7.5BI below EV! Sucks pretty bad but I'm getting it in right, so that's all that ultimately matters, I guess.

What a ride! I said of why I was doing this;

"I'm doing this because I have beaten 2NL before but had to move down after a one outer tilted me terribly. Also to gain rake race points and just to see if I can, tilt wise."

My expected value shows I can beat this limit but I have beaten it more precisely before. I guess that could be a major tilt problem though. I've definitely earned lots of rake race points today (and will be a lot closer to getting gold status back!) and for the first time ever, played through tilt and started winning again without a break! So that hopefully works on some of my tilt problems. I lose some huge pots sometimes when I know I am beat but hopefully now I know I have fought through tilt once, I can do it again and again and make my C game better and make my tilt time span less, and actually tilt less!

I was close to giving up and without this blog I think I would have, so this was a great idea as I learnt a lot (the amazing 2+2 button for starters!). Thanks for everyone who posted encouragement! It was fun.

I'll probably be having a week off work in a month or two, might do a 24 hour session

don't do 24h session. better would be 4x 6h sessions.

On note tho, you should size your bets better, you bet way too less and lose a lot of value.And the min-raise you always do when u have a good hand is so transparent any reg will pick you apart if he has half a brain.
Never be scared to raise bigger for value, cause fish will call if they like their hand, you will not scare them away if u raise 3x their bet or sth.

That's such an obvious point. I raise for value by doubling the opponents bet x2. The only people who stick around are people who like their hand but if they like their hand they'd stick around for a bet x3, and still fold if they dont!
