How can you tell that i'm trying to kill a few minutes beofre start time? :f_biggrin:

Finished 129 in a 950 seat MTT Razz tourney.... having never played it before.

What a fun game. Why no artilces on PS? As part of HORSE surely we can have something? I was frantically trying to pound odds around in my head when me or villain was on a draw.

I would recommend RAZZ to anyone who needs some lite relif from the grind of Hold'em _cool:

Anyway that is now out of my system, I'll return to NL10 tonite after a self imposed 6 day exile from the game. Returning with fresh brian cells and renewed enthusiasm _evil: Look out

I was breezing through the blogs this morning, and I was overwelmed by the amount of whining, whinging and moaning regarding $$ lost in May.

This has inspired me to post my latest update which contains whining, whinging and moaning about how much $$ I lost in May :f_cry:

BUt at least my sob story has a happy ending. Even though May ended in the red (first time this has ever happened to me) - $70, I was making a comeback before May ran out of days. I was -$180 at one stage thanx to NL20. Making up loses at from a higher limit at a lower one is time consuming, so although i've been crushing NL10 upon my return there, I just takes so loooooooooooooooooong.

The secret to the comeback?.............after a heafty kick in the nuts, take few days off.......it worked for me _biggrin:

Cheers.....................back to NL20 by June 12th _evil:

Well I'm slowly getting to the point where I can give NL20 another bash (or it can give me another bash - which is usually the case).

BR should be in shape by 12th June as predicted.

Known players:
keine.

0.05/0.1 No-Limit Hold'em (8 handed)
Hand recorder used for this poker hand: PokerStrategy Elephant 0.62 by www.pokerstrategy.com.

Preflop: Hero is SB with 5♠, 3♦
6 folds, Hero raises to $0.20, BB calls $0.10.

Flop: ($0.40) 3♠, A♣, 5♣ (2 players)
Hero bets $0.20, BB raises to $0.40, Hero raises to $1.70, BB calls $1.30.

Turn: ($3.80) 3♥ (2 players)
Hero bets $0.10, BB raises to $0.10 (All-In).

River: ($4.00) T♥ (1 players)

Final Pot: $4.00

Results follow (highlight to see):
Hero shows a full-house, threes full of fives (5s 3d)
BB shows two pairs, aces and threes (Ad Jd)

Hero wins with a full-house, threes full of fives (5s 3d)

This happened yesterday. A new villain sat down on my left - i had no notes or stats, so as a tester i min -raised (with nothing)in sb for an indication of what sort of play i could expect in the future.............turned out rather well :f_biggrin:

GP later Go Butty Boy for 6 out of 7

Hmmm.. I like the idea and definitely think you're on to something here, but it's one hell of a long way to travel to kick you in the nuts. :f_eek:

I'll need a change in strategy to reach the 888 promotion $50+$100.

I'm about 140 points short at the mo, which means moving up to NL20 earlier than anticipated in order to reach 888 strat points before mid July. In fact I've just realised I'm going on my hols to the German GP on July 2nd so I've only got 3 weeks to get this done.

Current strat points:- 745

Should be fun providng the $$$ doesn't run out... _cool:

Well stepping up to NL20 to get $50 + $100 from 888 has currently cost me $125 worth of losses on TITAN as I try to boost my PS points..............bugger _cry:

I hate NL 20.

Current PS points 808 (up from 745)

Therefore 63 points have cost me $125.

Back to NL10, hope I can get to 888 in time

At least you had the good sense to drop back! I managed to drop around $250 chasing a $100 bonus last month. :f_mad:

As previuosly stated, I hate NL20.

Now in a totally unexpected turnaround I have started hating NL10 as well. Had a tragic week of suckouts. I wish I could unlearn the concept of Pot Odds so I could play against the turkeys I've been running into recently.

I have also started with my bad habit of Dark Tunnell bluffing.......time to change the signature me thinks....

Anyway points update chasing the 888 starting capital........

Now up to 840 from 808 but lost another $35....... :f_cry:

I have a nasty feeling I am being added to 'Buddy Search' all over the poker world....... _biggrin:

Yup, 1am it was so I was tucked up in bed unfortunately.

Nice of your guys to let the B&I boys feel like they were in the game by sending on the Under 10s for the last 30mins! :f_biggrin:

AS long as you were tucked up with the person of your choice (Mrs. Waiboy?)

Same time for this Saturdays game as well, we'll be giving the U14b's with No Sense Of Direction a run out........... _biggrin:

The only answer I can give, knowing she could concievably read this, is of course the stunning Mrs Waiboy. Stunning in the sense that is what she'd be doing if she thought I'd said otherwise.. :f_eek:

At altitude, I think even if they all run off the field in random directions at the whistle, you'll still scrape home by 12. :f_biggrin:

If you need 'stunning' you gte get Mrs. WAiboy a TASER for her birthday. They are very much in demand .....see headline below

POLICE 'NOT LETTING YOU HAVE A GO OF THEIR TASERS'
SENIOR police officers last night said there was no way you were getting a go of their tasers despite new data showing they are even more fun than previously believed.

Statistics, released under the Freedom of Information Act, show that 74% of taser injuries during 2008 were sustained to the buttocks in police station recreation rooms.

And in the second half of last year over 220 police officers sustained tongue injuries after their fellow officers dared them to see what electricity tasted like.

Metropolitan Police Commissioner Sir Paul Stephenson said: "These are not toys, even if they are brilliant fun and it was mental the time I used mine to knock an owl straight out of a tree.

"However there's absolutely no way I would condone incidents like the time we took ours to Longleat and did target practice on otters while reciting one-liners from Jason Statham movies."

One constable, from Hertfordshire, said: "No fucking chance. I let my brother in law hold it briefly on his birthday but that's it.

"If someone in the pub asks I tell them it's strictly for official police use, and they nod in agreement and then I shoot them in the nuts."

He added: "When they're on the deck spazzing out I'll stand over them, blow an imaginary wisp of smoke off the end of the barrel and say either 'I vanquish thee' or 'your powers are weak old man' and everyone laughs their tits off.

"And you should see what it does to a toad."

Six retired Irishmen were playing poker in O'Leary's apartment when
Paddy Murphy loses £500 on a single hand, clutches his chest, and drops
dead at the table. Showing respect for their fallen brother, the other
five continue playing standing up. Michael O'Conner looks around and
asks, "Oh, me boys, someone got to tell Paddy's wife. Who will it be?"
They draw straws. Paul Gallagher picks the short one. They tell him to be
discreet, be gentle, don't make a bad situation any worse.

"Discreet??? I'm the most discreet Irishmen you'll ever meet. Discretion
is me middle name. Leave it to me."

Gallagher goes over to Murphy's house and knocks on the door. Mrs. Murphy
answers, and asks what he wants.
Gallagher declares, "Your husband just lost £500, and is afraid to come
home."
"Tell him to drop dead!" says Murphy's wife.
"I'll go tell him." says Gallagher

Currently on my annual hols.................Thought I would let you all know about the internet speeds I have encountered thus far.....

In Malawi - where I live - speed is ....ur....freakin slow, goes off 4 times a day and disappears altogether as soon as there is rain somewhere on the continent.

So first stop Addis Adiba in Ethiopia..............internet worse than home, never actually managed to get it going even with the less than helpful hotel staff who knew less about computers than i did, which is pretty frightening to contemplate.

So now I'm in Trier in Germany........amazing....no wonder I can't play so many tables back home..........the internet is so damn fast here. I Had to re-install Pacific Poker...it took 6 minutes, in Malawi in took 35.

Still lost $$ on the tables though..... :f_biggrin:
