One of my 'leaks'(?) is that I really like following my BR. You haven't updated us as to the results of your study and play as far as the old BBs/$ go...
I have read in a few places that it is best for us not to look at our account statuses and so on... but I'm not completely convinced on the rationale for that. I personally find it encouraging and motivating to see my results each day. But I'm definitely open to understanding why that is a recommendation.
As far as FR to SH goes, you will basically eliminate any limping for the sake of 'implied odds', therefore open raising a lot more. Also 3Bets will increase and your general range will need to be a little looser. I am currently reading all the articles on this here:

(so I'm definitely no pro and have yet to actually do SH except for FR tables that happen to be short-handed)
Best of luck!
Sorry mate can’t quite understand the bolded sentence?
As far as not looking at my cashier I just find it helps me play my best, like for example on Wednesday I finished up on the tables with like a stack of $22, $13, $10 and $8 but I still finished the day down like 1/2 a BI and I was a lil tilted by this and I only saw this cause I have to go though all my hands to review. I used to be fine looking at my cashier but playing SNGs broke my mindset a while back.
Anyway as for my weekly wrap well this week has been fairly terrible I started by going deep in a few of the last "Deal Me In" Freerolls on FT, then I moved to Party to play FastFoward to grind out the "Party More Tilt Less Bonus and so far in 5 days of NL4-6Max I'm down 12BIs and I think I have quite a few problems the main thing is playing 2s-9s when your not just playing for set value and also out of the blinds since I have been told to stop 3Betting them (which I found a lot easier to play), anyway I have been fairly happy with my study and review goals mostly hitting all targets.
As for RL stuff has been pretty standard with just Gym, Sprints and Rugby League training. I must say tho I think the agility drills I have been doing are really going to put me in good steed for Footy next year, at training we have been playing a modified game called OZTag its is a bit like Touch Footy in a way except instead of Touching u have to tags on each side attached by Velcro onto a belt and you have to pull the tag off to stop the player and in the 2 weeks we have been going I have scored around 10 tries and I'm a forward haha.
Anyway this week is going to be pretty busy, got my Birthday on Wednesday, going out for dinner on the Thursday for it, getting a haircut sometime and got my joint Party on Friday night and we are also going clubbing this night which I haven’t done in like 3 years.
Heres a graph of my first week of 6max.
