Did my first sweat yesterday (with Kyle). It was quite fun, but I think I will play a bit less tables the next time. There wasnt that much action overall, but when there was action is was on multple tables which made it somewhat more difficult to discuss...

can't understand the calls with AQ and aspecialy with A8. Please explain more. A allin call with AQ suited nad A8 off is a bad move, i think, even in a normal fullring game. In rushpoker there are few guys how go in preflop with worst then QQ+

Hi the AQ hand. We need to call 53 to win 109 so we only need 32,7% EQ
If he takes this line with TT+, AK or wider we will be ok 
The A8o hand though. This guy kept on shoving over me= > tilt
After calculation I need 34 EQ so he needs to make this move with 12% or wider. As he will not shove that wide, I misplayed ♦

I've done study to positional open ranges in combination with fold to 3bet stats and how we should adjust our re-raise ranges for different stack sizes (15-25xbb). I will put this more and more into practice.
Goals for september:
[ ] SSS apply re-raise ranges (see above)
[ ] SSS-MSS Study re-raise ranges up to 40xbb (as I will not leave shallow tables after double up due to lack of them)
[ ] SSS study steal/re-steal situations
[ ] SSS study isolation raises (already watched some nice vids)
[ ] BSS re-read all the bronze+silver articles. I'm still a BSS fish 
[ ] I am thinking about arranging some coaching session
[ ] I would like to arrange some more SSS sweat sessions. If you're interrested in a SSS sweat session, let me know!
[ ] I will not set a volume goal

Hi all,
Last weekend I turned 29 ♦ On Saturday the house was filled up with friends and it was very nice! We fired up the BBQ so we could sit outside without freezing. This year we started at 20:00. Last year we started 14:00 and at the end of the night I couldnt even sit anymore 
Mooooore than enough beer ♦ This year I was "normally drunk" 
. Sunday started WITHOUT hangover So we woke up, and went to the beach with the kids. It was a very very very nice day/weekend. 
Pokerwise:
Hadnt played for more than a week or so. The session today started full of crap, but I managed to get some back. Felt I played pretty decent. Made lots of very nice iso raises against l/f happy fish which gave me nice $$$. So the theory worked out well in practice
I recorded the session so I will try to upload it somewhere Would be nice if someone could review it.

I havent played much poker lately I have a really busy time at work which consumes most of my energy. I have played a few sessions (like 3) and they were all awfull Badly played and way under EV.
I have tried MSS at Rush again, which started of great and then I got in zombie grind mode and screwed up again. Lack of energy and maybe the Rush format isnt that great for me. The only cool thing is my NSD line at MSS which is higher than my SD line ♠_cool: . I know I can crush the Rush nits but in zombie grind mode I stack off too light...
Hopefully I can find some time (and energy) for some nice sessions.

I should really quit Rush!
Bleh... After the Rush session, I played a session of SSS/MSS at NL100 on shallow and 35-100xbb tables which started awfull and ended just postive. I experimented with 2.5xbb open raises but that doesnt work yet at NL100. Pfff this aint my month at poker. I dont care about bad beats, I hate the fact that I play like crap!
