I would like to play Poker, maybe not like a pro, but semipro would be enought for me. But I do not understand where I ha ve to start to make my begin less of loses and dissapointment.

What kind of games do you normally play?
Cash Games? Sit-and-Go? MTTs?
Do you just play Hold'em or do you play any other variants?

I don't think that it applies to you though, since you've been member for almost 3 years, and you must have been playing on tracked rooms for a while, yet this is your first post (in the EN community at least — you may have posted in another language, but I can't tell). If any of that does apply to you though, be sure to cover those steps first.
For someone in that position I would recommend:
Study at least 1 hour for every two hours you play.
Get a tracker. As you play mark hands where it took you a long time to decide on your play. Post those hands in the hand discussion forums and include what you know about the players, and include your thought processes.

Practice sound bankroll management.
