btw i think you will easily be able to build back up with $10 playing MSS! good luck.

Ty dr dunne! I hear about mss, but i only have interest in 25c sngs as of now. They seem easy.
I will check out your blog as soon as i get to a computer. Im on my phone right now which makes for crappy browsing experience.

Yesterday i :
had twenty minutes to play that i ended up stretching into an hour. ~500 hands of nl2 zoom
+$4 :)

Played very loose opening range preflop, lots of well timed agression post flop. Got away just as i was starting to tilt becauze of distractions.

A+ day considering i wasnt gonna play.

Took to the nl2 reg&zoom yesterday afternoon, not much movement or intereating hands.

Took to 7 90man sngs at night, final tabled 4th place in 1, losing a huge pot to a fish after getying it in on the turn with 83% equity... went on tilt and busted out of the other one i was doing well in in 10th.

Proceeded to ragequit.

Bankroll: $20.50

+2 bi

Overall A+ considering i actally turned a small profit today.

do you not find zoom a little crappy on fr?

I havnt tried 6max, so i couldnt compare the 2 but generally im finding it pretty fun :)

I only know the fr strategy, and i feel most comfortable playing fr, but i would be willing to take lessons from a winning reg 6max player via a sweat session anytime we're both availible. Define winning reg:
~20k + hands at the limit theyre at, 3bb+ winrate.

Tell me if im wrong about that?

hmm i guess a winning reg would be any positive bb/100 over a nice sample. however 1bb/100 is not too great..

and i agree with you about fr - it's the only one i know atm although i understand that 6max is practically the same postflop, just generally more aggressive, with weaker ranges, and you have to focus more on your opponents. but i will stick to FR until i prove to myself i can climb stakes with it. then i will be ready to move onto 6max!

whenever ive played zoom fr it's been absolutely crazy like i've gone on looong break even stretches, got set over set over set, so many coolers and so many people shoving on me on the flop i cant stand it! maybe i should give it another shot..

We can make some sweat sessions. Check my blog and pm me or leave a post there, if you want.

Just got back into it after watching a pokerstars pro play on utube, cant remember his name but his video showed me just where i was leaking too much, like picking more spots and a wider range to 3bet. Im actually using the basic ranges in the equilab for all the positions and it works really good., better then my old tight range. You gotta pick premium SPOTS in zoom rather then premium hands imo.

@solidus:
Ya for sure, i will pm ya as soon as i get a chance!

My first ever cash online was also in a tourney. 10 turbo $50 added. Max player pool. I got my friend to play for me while i told him what to do on the phone because i couldn't get online and I had just sold playchips for $1. We I made 2nd place and $26 after suffering an incredibly bad beat heads up. I was down to 2bb at midstage of the tourney. It was nice when my buddy gambled it all away behind my back. :rage:

Magic.

Well thats not good tomaloc! I look forward to tbe gif hand histories!

Dannywratten I'm doing frikken hot streak! I got my $10 deposit up to $27 and never went below $8. The challenge is in full force and level 2 would seem imminent in the future if this keeps up.

Level 2 iz @ $60 so I can move to the $1 sngs and mtts more regularly. Last night i was thrilled to bust out of the. 25c tourneys (playing a game) while i remained chippie leader in the $1 cuz i knew what 5th place+ was good $ but i was shooting for first obv.
