Ye it seems that you are nit. well, i would like to see 13/10, i think it would be perfect. I don't like 15/6 13/4 from blinds, becouse I think its too big gap. call less from blinds, imo its burning money, cos u dont have position, dont have initiative.. it sucks maybe 3bet could be bigger, but it depends on your playing style I think. hmm would be interesting to see your flop and turn cbet success %, it would be useful for you too. And imo too big gap from flop cbet to turn cbet. 79 flop is fine,(i have 71) but 40 turn is too small i think(i have 56),you give up too many hands on turn imo. the problem could be that you play too many tables, so you less focus on opponents and just cbet flop if get called and dont have a hand give up turn automatically.

Its pretty good flop, i valuebet here. First fish calls another (somekind ag.) fish raises. What to do? I think i have really good eq against these ranges, but i dont wanna raise, i want to keep another fish in pot with weak hands and i called, is it ok? or should i raise it up?

Turn is good card for us, we dont have idea of fish range, there can be any2, because he is pretty agro. What you would do here? I checked because i knew that he is aggro and bet here pretty much, when i show weakness, so it happens and i shove?

Preflop call is ok? Plays well against UTG strong range, hits lot of low flops where he pay of with overpair + i have pos over fish, so i think its ok to play this hand here?

First i was thinking to leat out, but i was looking stats, and UTG cbet was high (82%) and raise to donkbet was also high (56%), so i decided to check here, because if i bet, he may
1) call and fish call - bad, i wanna grow pot,
2) raise, then fish may fold - bad, he may raise just because im donkbeting and i dont get action more.
So i was pretty sure that he bet, and i was hoping that fish call, and now i raise for value ofcourse and yeah, bad when passive fish raise me, but i have strong enought hand i quess. Question is about first acion in flop, bet or check. If we look table dynamic then check is better?

u will alw see flush and sometimes set. but almost alw flush! and u dont even have nut fd! bet/fold!

@ 2: setup. i think on this limit i would play it the same. c/r flop and call it off. on higher limits i like c/c down, cuz not many worse hands can continue here on a fr table

Like you see i start winnning when my nosd line is be, so i must improve a lot my nosd game. I started 3betting more and it works fine, just little bit uncorfotable for me to bluff sometime when i dont have equity, but im working on it Was some big mistakes, but overall im happy, running now avarage

Turn cbet might be bigger, but sample isnt big also. But overall, something wrong? What to look more? And for next time, what stats i add?

Played 7.5k hand good poker, no tilt no spwe, didnt hit anything, or if hit, then villain hit better, havent seen this kind of sucking out NEVER before.
So sick... SOOOOOOOOOO SICK. If river bring me flush, then fish hits fh with random cards and sooo on. Dont remember how many times i was crying on river - i flop combodraw (flushdraw + OESD), fish bet (cant raise, dont have FE), call, turn blank, bet - call, river blank and i see how im deep, fish is deep, he bet pot and he is agree to play for stack (200bb-250bb each time both, me and fish, at least 4-5times) and im just crying and click fold button. I was automaticly raised this, but after i start thinking that maybe is calling better, becaause i have seen this move in 2cases - nuts or air.
So here is his range AA/KK/AK, and never A3s (olny 3 is club and A club is on board) + air. If i raise he fold all his air, and call/raise AA/KK/AK. So call is maybe better to hold his hair and he start spazzing, we get more value with air + AA/KK/AK goes anyway in.

So like you know usually i have pretty long poker days, and i play usually till 6-8am, after hard session im always really tired, but because of that i have EVERY day big problem, i just cant sleep after that (i think most of you knwo that feeling), so i wait here some ideas, how to get sleep easer, when you are overtired.
I have tryed so far:
1) Alcohol (rum + coola, vodka + juice, some beer), works fine, but not good for your healty
2) weed/hašis, works really good, but not good for your healty

Both this thing i dont wanna to too often, so i need some good alternative (play less isntalternative). Some legal drug?

Most (it means not all ) moves was with reason.
I started pretty aggro, was some pretty sick moves, some regs noticed it, that im "in tilt", because some of my bluffs didnt really work and i start more agg game (it wasnt tilt, i really really choosed hands where to be really aggro) and they start played against me pretty much and i stacked they a lot, they stacked me (btw there is 6 big loses, 2 was KK(me)vsAA, 1 was QQ(me)vsAK 1 AA(me)vsKK and 2 bluffs what didnt work, so my gameplan was better than they , because what i won wasnt suckouts:D, they won with suckout or cooler)
Really much c/r was, and they worked a lot, i really enjoy this session, i learned a LOT. Im def now better player than never before, i have a lot of new ideas, but i need to improve what is max ev to use these.
Really really really happy was just pwning regs and they thinked that im fish, i like it ♦

1: hm, dunno on river. i probably call given very good odds. depends on your feeling in the situation.

@ 2: soooo fkn dry board. call his raise and call him down. u alw stack AK anyway. but u wanna make some money vs his bluffs as well. dont force them out. pls just call next time. vs AA and KK u stack alw anyway, no consideration here. call down and shove river.

@ 3. nh. i play it the same. like in hand 2, pretty dry board, u keep his bluff/weak range in when u call flop. i also shove that turn.

@ sleeping and long sessions in general. imo some things that help a lot for being able to play a lot with high concentration & sleep well
- drink a lot of water, no soda and juices
- doing sports regularly (not sick stuff, just a bit at least)
- healthy diet and not eating within 4 mins in front of screen while sitting out @ tables
- balanced life overall. grinding only makes "tired"
- if u cant fall asleep: watch a boring video. probably some low stakes fl sh instrutional vid or so

So today i dint play ring games, only rush @ 1table (NL25).

I played rush because i wanna little bit more think about my game and think why i do something, not only because everyone do it and its right, i wanna know why its right. So i decided to play rush, because i can think every move (in ring games if i would to play 1table ♦ yeah, i also thinked a lot.... 72o, hmz maybe i have fold equity, i hope, i have soooo booring:D).

Anyway it worke out, got some cool postflop ideas, i improved really much - thatswhy nosd line is so spewy, lot of trying and improving.

Overall i really like rush, i cant really 4table it, so i think i mix it up, i play 2table rush some h, then some h ring game and so on (i still wanna play 7k hands per day). What you guys think, mixing so is good/bad idea?

TJ MAYBE, and maybe some QJs type hand, but i think that really often here is set.

All small stake grinders... you all think, that maybe in future when you play NL50+ you can take 1h coaching by TT? Now you cant because its to expencive (150$ per h).
I have news for you, TT pays for you to coach you, how???

We played today little bit more than 1h. 2rush tables (FR NL25 + SH NL25) + 2 FR usual NL25 tables.
Usual FR we didnt pay to much attention (made about 10$ maybe), but here is rush results:

of course we run pretty good also but nothing like "life heater".

So if 1h cost 150$, and you can make ~200$, then TT pay for you to coach you ♦. Can i book you to next month, every day 5h?

Anyway, some intresting hands also.
Flop no cb - raise line is really strong or AK here usually. They dont know what to do with AK, but they dont want to fold "nuts" also. Or they wanna slowplay some really strong hand - bad idea, you lose your deepstack that way
