Heater is over.
Last 4days no winning sessions, huge loss.

Hope to make with TT next week NL50 shot, dont want to play @ NL50, but i hope that shot there may help my NL25 game back. I just lost every fucking hand and i dont play anymore like i was playing. I tryed NL10, so fucking easy, it is like NL25 was before for me, but now its just... i dont know whats problem. I need something what gives me energy or smth.

11k hands -22bi. Today i tryed soooooo hard to be atleast break even, impossible. -8bi today. 1bi missplay. Tomorrow i start analyzing more and post some hands.

Guys i need something... some motivation, ideas pls.
I just leveling myself so hard @ tabels.

FR=small swings+easier game...just saying

i shiped just 360$ by MTT :) 2nd place :) nice.

Edit: Today i play ONLY NL10 (dont matter than im overroller for NL25 even), i need back my game and i hope this help me much, then tomorrow i can start my a game grinding again @ NL25.

I have analyze A LOT of my game now and.. yeah i just laugh at myself how badly i have played last days, sure i was fish last days for NL25 regs.

I think if i have time, i would write it all up, how it all started, what was feelings and how i come out of this, notes and so on - just for all other micro grinders who meet really sick run, some help, there is a lot of what to write.
Example that first, if you run really sick and lost ton of money, its not important to win it back, first and most important is stop loseing, so first - you must be break even, then you can again start winning. You must make ONLY (and i mean ONLY) play what you are 100% sure that its working out most of time.
So my lesson nr1. tomorrow is - break even play.
1) I stop open any2 on btn ( :f_cry: my favorite play and it makes so far me TON of money, but i must stop it for some session)
2) Tighten up my 3bet, dont 4bet bluff
3) Less flop cbet
4) Turn and river cont. ONLY with hand what have equity ( :f_cry: favorite nr2. i just love float)
5) Dont play OOP at all, only hands what im sure that i can anytime show profit (racently i have begin playing OOP pretty well and my blinds results is really good, but i need to stop it)
6) Dont go broke without strong hand anymore ( :f_cry: i really like bvb 4bet AI with low PP, ppl 3bet range is so Ax heavy that we make really good money by fold equity - they give away really big part of share and if he call, then we have good equity vs. his calling range, if it include AK, so i like this play really much, i use low PP this kind of stuff, not setmining bvb, ppl dont pay of so often).

Overall: less variance game, but i still stuck on SH, i just like it, i cant be anymore so nit and only setmine.

Lets see, one day if i can win again, i show maybe my "nice" graph :) i try to not look cashier and hem @ tomorrow.

GL me :)

11k hands = no sample
u sound like a little whining pussy - stop doing that. as a pro u need to focus 100% all the time + play the best u can. dont care about results, focus on playing your best. money will flow your way longterm anyway.
dont start levelling on a limit like 25. everybody is probably thinking on level 1, so its enough if u play on level 2. end of story.

nobody can give u extrinsic motivation for poker. if u are not motivated by the game itself, the joy of pwning soulds, the freedom & $$$ the game offers u, then there is no help for u.

take a second and think why u play poker. then go back to analyzing/learning/playing/soulreading like a pro :f_cool:

grats for mtt ship :f_thumbsup:

And stats NL50.
I will try to loose up my turn play + 3bet and 4bet range step by step and try also loose up my overall game ( i know, its no sample at all), i would like 24/21 or smth like this.

Hey.

Stats:
UTG: 19/17 fold to 3bet 90% over 532 hands, flop cbet 59, turn cbet 14, so VERY st8 fwrd player

My op:
Preflop:
Standard call, dont want to 3bet, he is utg and rly s8 foward and fold allmost every time to 3bet, so i better 3bet with 83o, not such a great hand.

Flop:
REALLY bad flop imo. He range is so fucking boardway heavy + pairs and we dont get any action by pair anyway in turn, he turn cbet is 14 only, so only with good hand. And even flop cbet isnt big. But bet size is both, it may be strong and weak, i decided to call (imo only way to play this hand in flop, we cant raise, he fold all his low PP, what he check anyway @ turn and he have lot of hands what beat me @ range.

Turn:
He bet big and fast, im rly sceared. i just call it down, we still beat AK/AT and MAYBE QK and we have fullhouse outs, but now if i think, he only turn cbet% of times, if we look his range vs my hand (he dont think about my range vs his range for sure, he dont play tricy) then i think we are pretty beat here and can fold after so big bet. i called b/c we still beat AK and block some AJ/AQ and flip QJ

River: we need to be good 30% of times, lets hope AK and call it down, but im sure most of times we are beat here.

I posted this hand b/c i think i played it pretty well and it is hand where a lot of beginners make huge mistake thinking that they flop nuts, i was rly scared when i saw this flop, i better flop T73 against this opponent with QJ than AJQ, he plays so faced up that i think our profit comes with useing position and take it down @turn or river.

great strategy talk sir. agree with most of what u said (esp what types of boards u like vs these guys etc).

but i think given what u wrote, its a very easy turn fold for me. those uncreativ, passive and tight regs, usually c/c AK and not many fd combos they have in their utg range that they can 2nd barrel.

river def a fold imo. 1) his betsizing looks a lot like value 2) more importantly tho, what can he 3barrel here? almost never AK imo, and even less often T9 with hearts or diamonds.

i fold turn and yeah, call me exploitable. those ppl on these limits never exploit us here :f_biggrin:

if u think im totally wrong, pls tell me. maybe im too braindead today after so much live poker action last days ....

Good luck - Dont stop believing ;) ;) you can make it
And rly, most important thing about being poker pro is def. mindset.
Any beginner have NO FUCKING idea how important it is.
I have huge different about results when i play with good mindset or rly good mindset. Cards dosnt matter at all, its everything (and i mean EVERYTHING) about mindset.
I have days when i start -10bi, and i take 5min break and think, so Simo, now ONLY your A game, and i make next few k hands like 30bb/100.

I cant hold this mindset yet all the time somewhy, but im sure if someday i can do it, then in long run NL25SH Rush 15bb/100 isnt problem (yeah its seems impossible, but its rush, ppl are way often deep, but they make same mistakes, deep mistakes = more bb/100)

_thumbsup: _thumbsup: 1000bb+ _thumbsup: _thumbsup:

I have been VERY close (990bb) to it several times, but never before reach it, now i did it (i was playing 1table NL25 and one NL50, and in NL50SH i had 300bb :f_biggrin: ), feel good.

So NL25SH Rush today:
Running pretty bad, but at one point (you can see it @ graph, about 3k hands), i made little break and decided to play best poker.
Played 28/23 style today, at some point i feeled that im maybe too lose, but if i look results, then its ok.
TwiceT what you think, is it too loose for long run? I pretty like this and i think i can add even some hand more to my range, what i can play profitable (so much deep stack game, so we can play hands what need implide odds, but aswell we must fold hands what hate implide odds (KTo for example, so much problems in deep stack situations).

Ok its enought brags, now little bit strategy talk.

I have noticed that if im deep my nosd line going more down that usually.
Ok, its because we use implide odds, we call a lot to hit and stack another deep stack, seems like no problem???? I see its problem, we are deep and if opponent are also deep, we can put SOOOOOO much pressure and i think our nosd line should go up, need to fix it, so guys, good videos/articles about deep stack play please.

3bet pots OOP, often i find myself this spot whit marginal holding (KTo) in low board and no idea what to do (but tnx for this feeling i know what feels guy who 3bet with high 3bet stat and i call IP, so i pretty much just flat with marginal equity and try to take it down @ turn :f_biggrin: )

Hands:
1.

Its NL50, so i dont have good reads or stats, most opponents are unknown, also this one.

Preflop:
I think 3bet is fine, i dont have idea about size yet in this limit, is 5 ok or 4.5 doing job aswell? ( I want to use best lavarage point).
He call, no reads, pretty much PP, often JJ/QQ AK/AQ.

Flop:
TopP good kicker, i want to go cheap sd, no hands to take value i guess, check back is fine? AK/AQ MAY call one time, so i lost here value? 22-77 fold, 88/TT/JJ raise, 99/QQ call, i better check and let him (semi)bluff with AQ/AK, K would be rly good card for us, A is bad, but we can force him to fold QQ then aswell. Pot control.

Turn:
Board paired, TT isnt so much is range anymore.
If im @ NL25, then this size seems sceary, but so far i have seen that @ NL50 they also bluff with big size (they dont know anything about lavarage, imo its burning money), but i checked flop to call turn, so i call it down to see river and action there.

River:
We would like K (Not spade)/J and everything 6>
Dont want to see 9/Q/A
But A falls, bad card, i think he dont fold QQ anymore, so i check it back.

Anyway, guestion, Flop check back is ok? Turn call given bet size?
Line ok???

2. NL50 Rush

Raiser 12/10 over 82 hands
BB no history, given stack size - :f_biggrin: fish

Pre: Pretty standard, Nit tag, cant 3bet, prolly play st8 fowad and fold everything weaker and we isolate our against better hands.

Flop:
We hit nuts, but lot of draws.
Dont know is my line best?
I call because:
1)He bet POT, its not draw usually, he want to get max value with KK/AA, with draw he pot smaller for sure, i dont afraid draw, but aswell i afraid that turn may bring A LOT of action killers
2)But given that, i still called b/c of fish, dont want to force him away, we play anyway pretty much same vs regular, long run not so much money, but if fish stays in, then i make money here more than raising and playing against reg.
Is my play and explanation ok here or should i raise, b/c action killers??

Turn:
brings 68/8T for st8.
Fish donks, he dont have st8 here, he want max fold eq with his medium hand/draw (pair + gutshot most often i think).
Regular minraise is strange, yeah you tell me its easy raise? But im not sure, given action, he cant have stonger hand (he dont play flop with 68/8T this way), now if i review this hand i think calling is better option because:
1)His minraise seems more like he want to play this pot against fish (with AA/KK), but he keep option to fold when i raise, if he want to get it in, then he would to it way bigger b/c of so much draws.
2) If i call, then he may think @ river that he have fold equity against me, especialy when all draws miss, and i call then pot is way bigger and he may feel commited, and just shove.

Yes i know that board is really draw heavy and so on, but given action, maybe i should play my top set passive line????

3. NL25SH Rush, intresting hand for me.

First raiser 19/9 356hand, BB 15/13 (hand action is against him), flop cbet 70, turn cbet 62 - 898hand, we are deep.

Preflop:
Great hand, dont want to 3bet against tag, more value @ postflop.
BB raise rly big, for sure monster, but we are deep, we have position, he seems to be TAG, not tricy lag, so i call to hit and stack.

Flop, we dont hit anything, BUT, after he bet, i got one taught: he press POT button in preflop, but ONLY 1/2 pot in flop, why?
1)Missed AK, want use fold equity
2)He have sceared money, b/c deep stack
Lets find it out :f_biggrin: we have position = power

Turn:
boom, J, he bet AGAIN 1/2 pot, if he have AA/KK he def want more value OR he have sceared to lose his stack, and i dont afraid this bet so much because: turn cbet 62%, J is rly well our range (JJ), he is deep, he dont have moster, lets raise it up and see what he do, i was pretty sure that he fold.
I think here was AA/KK rly often (more KK) b/c rly rly big preflop raise + then gome down, when he realyze that only what he have is overpair and we both are deep and he is OOP.

OK???????? or im spewy monkey

3. NL25SH Rush - another rly intresting hand

First raiser is fish (deep!!!) 42/11 120 hands, coldcaller is reg 20/14 fold to 3bet 71 - 353 hands

Pre: pretty standard, i made 3bet bigger than usually b/c of fish. sb call, i give pretty much PP, AQ+ range, maybe some suited QKs, i have seen him playing so far losing ABC poker.

Flop:
I feel now that my cbet is to low, fish is in pot, should take more value.
So now intresting things starts, reg shoves, fish overshover, booom. First i was confused, then i started thinking and made quick calculate.
Reg range: QQ/AsKs/AQ, but pretty much QQ and we lose, BUT fish can have pretty wide range, we lose to reg 17$ often (we have 2 out still:D) and i think most of times we are good against fish, its +24$, so total its + 7$ for me. Is my hand vs. fish range is good enought equity, or fish range equity is better than that extra 7$??

Anyway i post results also, was little bit suprising of reg play, thanks for situation of this, its +ev game i guess, but not huge.

Good hand analyzing i think.
JJ hand: i think raise flop is the best option cos if MP have QQ+ he never fold it on flop i think(specially KK/AA), BB seems fishy and if he has some draws that he is considering to call here, he wont fold to a raise here anyway i think. so something like raise to ~13$ makes sense, cos MP may consider that you semi-bluff him. and as you say there are alot of cards that can kill action from MP, u dont want it.
well when u called flop, fish pushed turn and MP minraised i think just call him(by raising u represent set/completed draw). i think he will not fold on river almost always here.

AA hand: really interesting, i think i would even fold AA here against 2 opponents. but flush draws makes it much harder to fold here.. hmm waiting for TT comment on it _biggrin:

it seems that you understood the power of position, good job keep pwning them

1: pre: i think co vs bu, this hand is a very solid call. K9o i also 3b. but its def ok, i know u like it more that way. flop: cbet 4 value imo vs his most likely holdings KQ and AQ, 99. if he c/r u with TT its ok. doesnt happen so often. i dont expect low stakes plrs to c/r KQ here. 3/5 cbet imo best. but check behind also fine. as played turn and river ofc fine. nh

2: i raise flop. he pot cbets 3way. i think he likes his hand. get money in now. some action killers on turn might slow the action down a lot. your expl makes some sense, but: fish is calling fd anyway and tp also even if u raise. u just lose a bit value vs bottom of his range. but i would be way more concerned to get in a lot of money NOW vs the cbetter.

3: he is never folding any better hands than Jx to your small turn raise. call is better imo. if he checks river u can vbet vs 99, TT. but that way u fold out TT probably and just make pot big vs AJ, QQ+. ofc, free sd raise here makes sense as well. still, i like calling more given good price and pos. pre is fine so deep!

4: looks very tough at first sight, but if we think about it for 30 seconds, i think its a clear ship. reg isnt c/rai sets here cuz he has the board absolutely locked down and he wants to give the fish the chance to come along. in such a big pot, protection vs fd is not an issue. so most regs just call here all sets. i think he is way more likely to have strong fd like AdKd or maybe AQs that doesnt know what to do and just ship it or 6d7d or the occasional KK. given stats of the fish, i think he is stacking any Q, any fd and if he has 33 or 55, nh to him. QQ he would shove pre. => hence, overshoving flop is our best line on this limit imo. i might have different oppinions on other limits and esp when i know the reg who c/rai .... but here, i think nh sir!

overall, 28/23 style is def ok, u will just find yourself in some difficult spots at times but you are pro anyway, so go for laggy monkey style :P
just be aware u are up against strong ranges often in rush, dont overplay your marginal hands.

Hey, ty!
About 4hand. reg plays very ABC losing poker (i adjust him pretty beginning and have play against him rly light, and he dont adjust me at all, so rly abc guy), so he def ship here QQ, he dont think about fish, about my ranges and so on. He sees set and just raise, even K72r board.

But overall ty, your explanations make lot of sence.

When huge fish with huge stack is in blinds, then its ok to open ep pretty wide. When btn/sb/bb is rly good regs, then i open only good cards.
Cant give range, maybe you play against me:D
