Comparing 10 BI BRM last year for NLHE 2€ buy-in level and 1000 BI BRM this year for 3 months for NLHE €0.10 buy-in level; I would say that 1000+ BI BRM is better for long-term career. BRM is an important skill and long-term patience, being happy with less and saving money feels really good. The buy-in levels also actually exist and is not "fiction that doesn't matter". I am happy what I achieved at NL2 last year with 10 BI BRM; but I am even happier with 1000+ BI BRM on lower stakes. Too much gamble causes too much thrill and too much too unknown situations. While regular practice with correct BRM is winning so much on all levels and my life is also stabile - I am not over-obsessed with too high winnings etc.

I am really dreaming of the situation when I reach $0.5 buy-in level with $500 BR @ savings acc, the thing is, I have really beaten higher stakes than that but would be a dream scenario. Currently 60€ of 2000€ collected in savings acc for poker, hoping to reach 200€ this year.

Was giving like 300€/month the last 3 months from gamedev business to girlfriend; turns out though that she is a senior buddhist. In buddhism there is this common knowledge that one _needs to focus on personal happiness first. So now I was like, fck that pattern, I'm just going to put 40€ to my savings acc and focus on personal happiness first.

So now I have 100€ on my savings acc for poker - which means I can play 0.10€ level (a 1000-buyin bankroll). Will take a short break from poker, reflect for 4 days and probably continue on Monday. Take care, cheers!

4 weeks of nice training 3x/week, I think I need to make a break of some type. The real estate people are just too crazy, completely overraiding the area. I almost dream of separate apartment with WiFi as they are against WiFis even, afraid of communication competition.

Only very good thing is that I managed to stay at lower stakes, while they are banging their heads against walls at higher stakes. Im collecting money now to buy Xbox and read some games only instead of looking at adults who are trying to override gaming market with software + real estate.

Watching Durant (nba), Haaland (eurosoccer) really restores my faith to sport. Was trying to buy a beer today to celebrate but it was 9am so the gov closes alcohol sale 10pm to 10am so couldnt celebrate, was in a hurry to do shopping while kid at home. Celebrating separately from others at the mall is banned i kinda like the gov and i can understand why, but what should i do now

Finally a good training day without anyone bothering me, could fully focus on training. Excellent results and mindset progress.

Got really lucky, pushed Q3 as a bluff 3way on xx44 as shortest stack from BB in DoN, one person called with A7o but I hit 3 on river. Then 44 holding vs JTs and I got +1,72€ from free 1€ ticket. Month to +1,5€ from -0,2€ (+17 buy-in boost).

The thing is, I have used up my optimal 6 buyins (0,6€) for April; let's see where this perfect self-created gateway takes me. Again mindset lesson learned: with correct BRM, mistakes don't hurt. For April I don't know which poker plans; I have some free tickets on Stars but other than that, the freerolls take sooo long time to play.

I almost miss the 2€ buy-in cashgame thrilling days from last year, I could make 10-minute sessions without a problem.

Lmao at my Betsafe bankroll. It fell from 3€ to 2€ and now it's like 10€. Not sure what a good approach would be. Tomorrow we have huge offer entering, girlfriend lets me and kids use her countryside house for spring break, i already have the cigarettes, but poker-wise i have zero clue what to do. I also have like 91/100 Bonus Points at Betsafe, if I get to 100 it would be instant 1€ cash.

Any grinding strategy? Would you go for 0.10€ 6max DoN SnGs that are quite fast? I really want to grind again. Gamedev brings a lot of money but poker is more satisfying.

These DoN SnGs on iPoker are like crazy, huge variance in a totally different way. Won +0,08€ by playing one of them but I am a bit doubting for the following reasons:

* NLHE is unknown game for me
* business data says don't go over 0,6€/month in poker buy-ins but I just did

I am figuring out a perfect approach/strategy towards NLHE, these markets also swing pretty fast so sometimes it is like a good time to play and sometimes I need to push through gamedev; on the other hand when the competition discovers their current standings vs my gamedev business, they improve their businesses in a really clever and fast way that forces me out again of those markets. So I think I could find a nice balance between gamedev business and online poker playing; that has to do with personal motivation, competition and also personal life situation (~time plan according to family wanting something etc). NLHE is sometimes scary as a new game but a good BRM solves that a bit.

Situation stabilizing; 3rd day at countryside house with kids in spring break. Year up +93 buy-ins. Found next "goldmine" in mindset learning: not wanting. Such as: not wanting the 500€ is stronger than being thirsty, yearning and impatient for the 500€. BRM is nice.

+2 buy-ins in 40 minutes at 0.10€ buy-in level. Super nice grind as I had sorted out the gamedev life and career. I think I will stay at 0.10€ buy-in level in poker for quite a while.
