Oh good, back to poker.
I've noticed over a fair period of time that on the more recreational or 'fun' sites I play at, mornings are as you say, very often very loose at no limit cash games as well. I've found Saturday and Sunday mornings to be hugely profitable and even mornings during weekdays as well.

Good luck and have fun with those turbo monsters, far too tilting for me to handle!
Oh and good luck for the Basketball to. :)

Mal.

Thank you for sharing your experience Mal
I haven't played this morning but will in following days/weeks test out more and write here about it. I think most of regs are used to play 6pm - 1am schedule and so the morning sessions like 10 or 11am to 3-4pm are much less reg infested. In the evening I come across 30 regulars, when I played morning session there were 4-5 so huge edge there (on small sample tough).

Basketball went great, we beat Italy and qualified for World Championship!

About to start grinding for today, did warm up which was super useful.
Yesterday I spent whole day hanging with friends drinking watching games going to town having fun with girls - got home at like 3am or something.

If something will prevent me from SNE chase , it has to be the fact that I am very outgoing person, love to travel, enjoy hooking up with girls, hanging with friends and love my family! If I do go for SNE I have to work very hard (which is OK by me) but more importantly I would have to give up my free time for these special activities and life stuff.
Playing poker is all about being your own boss, doing the schedule you want, dealing with hourly, bankroll, variance, working on the game and basically building the life you want.
Next year I want to travel to USA (for 3 weeks), I want to go to Prague/Vienna for some tourism and poker, visit my family in Montenegro and if time money life allows it do more traveling (Japan, Thailand maybe or whatever else comes up!). Add to all this spending time with family friends girls more, I might end up grinding 100-120 hours a month on average and that's even questionable , deal with the fact that I can make 3-4k a month post rb and build from there.
I shall see, will keep you in the loop guys.

Onto to play 1st session , see you around!

Very productive day yesterday. After grinding did long review, very happy with what I saw even tough there were mistakes (not huge ones anyways).
Today got in the office early, did warm up made new table and now starting to grind.
Will play 15s until I feel 100% I can own 30s with positive roi. To do that I know on my own what I need to do for homework, which brings me to my next point...
In very near future I will re-evaluate my mission statement and goals as well as my priorities - based on this all my future time management will happen. Just an example, more time working on the game, spending with family friends and girls, frequent time at gym and still aiming to play decent amount of games (at least 3000). I will not loose track of my original goal tough, still want to reach 150k VPPs have 3% total ROI etc - just have to prioritize things differently and move around my schedule.

See you at the tables!

Almost 3000 games done for this month. Earlier biggest month has been like 2300-2400 games so nice record coming :)

Not much prerakeback winnings, but rakeback helps nicely. Might be partially, because I am not yet that used to play this many table. So misclicks and some not that optimal (poor) decisions are expected. Have to train multitable skills for next year. Obviously decrease in EV ROI is expected anyway.

Probably will create topic for SNE hunt preparation in challenge area in next month. Hopefully you don't mind if I post something like this on your blog.

Now to eat and watch some quality snooker --->

Good luck with SNE hunt, the way things are looking for me I might skip it. In future will update blog with some time management and vision/goals.

Checked your results, very impressive work on 9 max.
What is expected ROI on 9 max 15-30s and how much does average reg make there per month (pre and post rb)

6 days left until the end of the month!
Monthly VPPs currently 16.029
Yearly VPPs 68.676

Will try to hit yearly 75k by the end of this month so about 6.3-6.4k in next 6 days (doable).
After that I will be back on schedule to play 25k for remaining 3 months of the year!

Played 2 sessions, 100 games behind me. 1st session was not so happy with how I played compared to last night when I was really feeling great about all the spots. 2nd session was better but still I could feel auto pilot taking over at times. Have to work really hard on that + tilt and it will be much better in the future.
Plan to play 100 more games today, perhaps relax before that for 45 minutes or so.

Quick update
Yesterday played about 125+ games, today 201 games
Game is still very far from where I want it to be , not stable enough as I catch myself auto piloting missing spots to exploit etc.
In the meanwhile I sat down rewrote my mission statement today, will create goals from it and then move onto time management (weekly lists not daily!). One of the main things that I will include in my habits is very basic and simple - working on the game more. Will strive to study at least 30 hours a month + grind 180 hours a month + coaching at 15-20h a month + other life related things.
On side note I am reading 7 habits of very successful people - very high recommendation for everyone!

Very bad things happened yesterday (poker wise)
I was playing 1st session and running like shit in the bubble, running into top of the range always, shoving what I was supposed to etc. Got like 30% bubble finishes in those 50 games which is sick :) Then I started playing 2nd session , after about 40 minutes or so whole center of the town lost electricity and my 12 tables crashed!
All in all lost yesterday like 30+ buy ins trough no fault of my own by the way.

Positive things
Went to play couple of tunes with local band in the night, hooked up with a really cool girl and will most likely give her a shoot go for some dating what not :)
This automatically means that I will either have to readjust my time management or simply not go for 150k but for 100k, play 12 tables 100 games a day (2 sessions 4 hours), study 2 more hours, coach 1 hour on average, gym 1 hour, the rest is for other things in life.
Will write out what I will decide in the future.

Today playing 100-150 games not more cause I will go to cinema and watch that movie Runner Runner !

I recommend you to write pokerstars in order to refund your buy-ins.

If you are lucky they will refund some percentage of your loss, since they know you are a valuable player for them and they do not want to risk "losing" you. They will give you every instruction how to claim your refund. I also advise you to buy notebook + mobil internet stick in order to prevent this situations, it worth if you play at these stakes.

Just tell them, your internet was working, but you could not reach pokerstars.

Best of luck
rehakzsolt

Thank you for those great advices rehakzsolt. I will give it a shot, lets see what happens with that.
They did refund me some money a while back when they discovered some people cheating in games I was in but that was less than 2-3 buy ins. Considering how many games I play and rake for them its ridiculous amount :)

The month is over, time for the update and goals for October.

Positive things : I have managed to play a lot of games despite computer/internet/electricity troubles. Reached almost 23k VPPs and am on track to hit 150k SN if I do 25k VPPs next 3 months. Worked on my game fair amount, would say at least 20 hours making different tables doing warm ups cool downs analyzing hh - very happy with how I am progressing.
Started big process in terms of vision mission goals , wrote down those things and now incorporating it all into my time management. Moved to poker office, increased my productivity by at least 200% if not more , surrounded by fellow grinders and my coach Gerovit, enjoy the time here every day hanging out making jokes but also playing minimum 6 hours every day since I moved here. Some students in our coaching staking program are progressing and moving up faster then others, very much look forward to whats going to happen by the end of this year when new people kick in and some extend our stay with us.
Reading 7 habits of very successful people and doing work from it - helps me a lot to understand my self more and what I really want in life.
Started spending more time outside poker, still not enough as I want to spend it traveling with family friends girlfriend(s) but the balance is starting to happen more and more. Started playing guitar for fun jamming in music store couple of times a weak hour or so , enjoying my true love always! Dating very cool girl, enjoying my time with her so far :)

Negative things: Had troubles with my computer, had to purchase a new one and stop me from my grind and usual setup. Moving to poker office and settling in took away some days from poker as well. There were tons of life things that I couldn't say no to (anniversaries and celebrations for example) which also took my time away from tables and my game (positive side is that I hanged with my friends and had a great time). Didn't spend enough time with my family and best friend as much as I would want because of poker goals and other things that got in the way. Spent a lot of time watching Serbia basketball games which also moved me away from tables (positive side spent this time with friends socializing so its not as negative as other things). Didn't go to gym in a while because I sacrificed that morning time to work on my game more and grind minimum 150 games + coaching and have time for other things in life. Due to electricity problems in center of city lost about 12 buy ins on 15s + was running way bellow EV past 4-5 days which influenced my financial balance on stars.

Uploaded with ImageShack.com

* 51 games extra after midnight last night with profit of 49.31$, 6.4% ROI

Overall tons of 2nd place finishes, setups in bubble and before bubble in 4 players people shopping a lot :)
It really doesn't matter nor does it bother me cause I am very happy with what I am doing and how I am progressing, things will turn around I am positive 100% they will.

Goals for October

Poker wise, I need 4200 games on 15s but I will try to play 25 days a month 200 games each of those days which is 5000 games total. I will also continue working hard on my game, 20-30 hours in October + couple of sessions with Gerovit should always help.
I will not play hypers nor mix that format, have too many things happening in my life, can't find time to spend 2 hours a day on hypers and rest on turbo + life things , something has to give in and I made a decision to leave hypers for some better day. Idea is to play next year on my own, build my roll, travel to USA and other places I mentioned before in my blog, have more time for life things and overall balance things out. SNE chase after year and a half of playing poker professionally would be just too much stress for me right now and stress = tilt and we all know how tilt can mess up your game pretty bad ( I know this best !!! :). I will aim to coach 15-20 hours in October and keep encouraging our students to be proactive productive increase their independence and work ethic, results will follow without single doubt.
Life wise, I have some important dates this month such as my best friends birthday which will be 2 days of celebrating outside of my town + spending time with family, new girlfriend and finding somehow time for gym and healthy eating habits.
I will not have time to follow Partizan Belgrade matches but will go with friend to local football club here in my town (Radnicki Nis) already on Wednesday.
I will work more on my prioritizing things, doing those things 1st and also increasing my productivity overall.
My time with friends drinking coffee 4 times a week or so will suffer but I am sure they will understand that doing that 2 times a week is also fine.

In some future posts I may lay out (or not) my current, mid and long term goals and ways that I plan to achieve them + time management model I am starting to use from recently.

That is all for this update, hope you enjoyed and made reading it whole way through.
Hope the past month was productive and success in all areas for all of you.
Enjoy this month and see you around!
