All valid questions man. I posted the other day what I gave my best friend to learn within first 7 days and that's a great starting point from my experience.
The problem you have is the problem most beginners have - where to start, what videos and articles to watch etc. Poker Strategy has tons of useful material. Within past month or two they started creating Getting Started in SNGs series or something of a similar title. Its basically bunch of short videos that are like 5 mins long and go with forum post + quiz for each video. I consider this to be super useful for total beginners and well done for Poker Strategy for organizing such series. However, these series don't deal with practical application of the material you learn from theory and concepts. You should look into some live play videos here on Strategy and see if the way coach plays makes sense to you. If it doesn't ask questions in video comments section, send a message to that coach or find another one that works more to your style of play.
Finally, poker strategy has tons of useful articles, videos are mainly 9 max and for other formats related cause Collin Moshman as main SNG coach does those formats most so you can very easy learn to crush 1.5 3.5 and 7$ SNGs on Stars. 15$ tourneys are a bit more difficult because there are a lot more regs and less fish per game but still beatable pre rb and I haven't seen to be honest enough material to crush these stakes (referring all to 6 max turbos btw). If things work out I will apply to be a coach at Strategy this year (listed in my goals for this year as far as coaching goes) perhaps I can make some video material for SNGs to fill that gap if not doesn't matter I still get to play 15s whenever I want 
As far as 30s 6 max and 60s go, there is super small number of videos on them and to be honest with you they are not good since they don't deal with opponents there exploiting them, general tendencies and plays. Most of all, most SNG videos severely lack post flop play or hand reading , most of them have ICM covered but post flop is a bit weak to be honest. If you want to be a winner someday at 30s and 60s you need to own post flop cause most of regs are solid in ICM so unless you want to play just for rakeback at 30s + 6 max turbos you better start learning post flop.
I was super lucky and blessed to have Gerovit coach me for year and a half where I went from 1.5$ 9 max to 3.5$ 9 max then to 6 max after that. I got to play within that year and a half bunch of sites and eventually switched back to Stars cause of traffic and higher probability to improve (wrote about all this in my yearly review).
I suggest you look for coach as I would suggest any beginner because there is tons of material out there and you can very easily get overwhelmed with it and get lost. Job of a coach is to provide you with sessions, assignments, monitor your progress and make sure you are improving at your own pace. The biggest problem is micro stakes players and beginners usually don't have money or don't feel like paying for coaching and that is why in my opinion many of them waste time trying to make it and eventually hit a road block and give up poker. On the other hand you have guys like Gerovit or LTT who were not coached in the beginning of their poker journey but did things on their own, but those are just some names - can probably name way too many people that quit poker cause they were stuck in a rut and ended up hating the game (bad mental game, no fundamental understanding of variance, too high expectation for profit, too much ego and results oriented thinking, too much overvaluing their knowledge etc).
I guess with this TLDR post, I want to wish you best of luck - every beginning is hard but stick trough it and you are in for great ride!
