Why don't you use the HEM2 free trial for one month and the PT4 free trial for another month. After 2 months you are gonna be loaded and will be able to afford to purchase a full version of either of the above tracking software :P

Find somebody to buy HEM or PT with , split the licence 50-50%
Its worth it long run!
Use PokerStrategy page , they have some discounts for it (check poker tools page)

cause i know that on other sites you have the option to go to "tournament history", and there you have listed all the sngs played, and what place you got for each...

i ask this, because if i start playing on stars, i would like to track my progress( to see how many 1th, 2th, 3th etc i have on a specific number of games), and as for now i dont have a program to use like hm2, i have to make it on paper....and its easier to do that by just playing and at the end of the day, look at the history at the day and see how many games i played and what results in each

You can request a playing history audit. It's under the requests tab. It will tell you how many you've played and how much you won or lost.
Between that, and emails you get when you money, you could keep track.

Did you know you can get a small stakes version of PT4, that's cheaper than the full version? You really need to buy that or HM.

I'm sure it's nothing personal. Maybe if Gerovit staked him at first, he feels obliged to go with him.

How did you hear of the Gerovit deal, before you started? I've had 6 private sessions with a coach, but it wasn't up to the professional standard I think you and Gerovit provide.

I will not write about Gerovit deal or past stuff we had here anymore cause it might be interpreted wrong (as advertisement or whatever which is definitely not my intention with my blog here!).

The important thing is that now everything is over, we are going our separate ways, I can just say that the decision came from Gerovit not myself but I would have brought up the topic in the end of year when all the current guys finished their contracts with us - to start 2015 clean.
This hit me by surprise now, I have lot more responsibility now but that is not a bad thing because I like putting myself under pressure and setting high goals and challenges (I am very motivated to achieve things the harder they are). So in that sense its maybe good that the split up happened yesterday.

As far Stefan goes it was his decision, he made it he now has to live with it. I provided him as I wrote all the coaching (90%+) plus we hanged out tons in Nis and couple times in Krusevac and became good friends during this time. Now our friendship is not the same cause I feel he stuck a knife in my back but like I wrote yesterday life is not fair and people will disappoint you :)
I really wish all the best to Stefan and Gerovit together but my relationship with Stefan will definitely not stay the same.

On the other hand guys who choose me, I will appreciate them to the maximum because they believe in my work and relationship with them. I will do all that is in my powers to make all of them super profitable players pre rb. That means more sessions then once a week, more sweat sessions, more group sessions, more monitoring homework assignments, better deals for them - everything I can to get them to push themselves super hard!

As far as my work with Gerovit goes, I wrote in past updates about it a lot. He came trough teaching me to make minimum 700 euro which was my initial goal. He taught me to make more than that. Could we have gotten more out of our work? I am sure we could but that's like is glass half full or half empty stuff :) I am grateful to what I did with Gerovit, now I am capable to study improve on my own and I can consider paying for coach only for 60s+ if I really feel I need some sick edge for those limits. With my current knowledge I can beat 15s and 30s Stars, I am very comfortable in that.
Again try to refrain from asking questions regarding coaching cause its definitely not my intention to advertise my services here in my blog , I am just writing about it like I write about my grind, study , girls and life stuff - its just part of my life and that's all :)

Sorry to hear that your 6 sessions didn't work out as you expected them too. I am sure you can work hard on your own to the point where you will need far less coaching but then everybody is at different stage and needs different things in their poker career.

All the best :)

Quite an interesting day :)

0 games at the tables but instead lots of coaching and tons of life stuff going on!

Spent most of the time coaching the chosen ones :), helping them all out with their accounts and looking for the best deals for them. Tomorrow is the final day when I will make the decision which rooms who will go to and things like that so that from 1st of February they can all start fresh with new bonuses and goals.
I am super excited to see that they are all psyched to invest themselves into some hard work studying! I will not push them for volume for next 60 days , instead I will insist on them to work with me sessions whenever they finish their assignments, whenever they need my help, to call me up for sweat sessions, to work with each other more etc.
I have also decided to drop each of them down by one limit so that they can focus more on fixing their leaks, getting super solid game plan and decrease their variation!
I think results will be pretty amazing after 2 months, but lets let the time to be the judge of our future work!

As far as my volume goes, I didn't want to rush anything today simply because life opportunities presented themselves today so I took them :)
Went for some drinks with best friend and another common friend of ours from our childhood - good times and good laughs!

By the end of this month I will go for 2k games , so 70+ more which I will play tomorrow obviously :)
Expect after that my monthly update with graphs hourly and life stuff that happened (highlights).

Hope your week is going great on and off the tables, enjoy your evening all!

Since you didn't start whole story about coaching and staking from the very beginning in terms of funds provided, knowledge passed on, total liberty about volume, managing students etc, i'll just say this: please refrain from posting anything about me or my game, business or any endeavor whatsoever.

Best of luck and have a nice life!

Thank you for not only teaching me but being friend with me along these past year and a half. I am really more than great full to you and have no regrets really even tough we ended working together recently. I still consider you my friend and in future who knows what can happen with business :)

I will not post anything in future (like I wrote in that last post) and sorry in advance if you felt attacked or insulted in any way - that was and never is my intention (but you already know that).

All the best with your SNE chase and life related things (with or without me in it - not sure if you are now mad at me or not but will check that all really soon :)

January monthly update

Life related things

- Was sick for about 6 days which made me stay home and watch tv shows and movies
- Had another 5-10 days easy where I didn't grind but was spending time with family, friends, some gatherings and some action with girls
- Went to gym 0 times in January so that's a huge fail and something I intend to change in the near future (its one area that I really need to make a constant part of my life!)
- Went to Krusevac for live tourney with my brother and Curly , had a great time there
- Had Gavron with his close friends here in Nis for a weekend , another great time
- Lots of birthday and holiday like celebrations in January attended
- Meet up with ex on few occasions and sexy boutique chick
- Bought a new laptop
- Spent a lot of money past 30 days (over 2k euro) where I got worried for the life and poker roll
- Didn't have a regime for eating in and out (another habit I want to build and make it very important part of my life)

Poker

- Played 2k instead of 3k games (failed but other life things influenced it also)
- Made more than enough money, increased my hourly past 2 months
- Coached minimum 50 up to 70 or 80 hours easy this month ! (super proud of it!)
- Helped regs outside of the people I coach with sweat sessions (giving back to PS community - felt great about it)
- Increased my EV ROI from expected 3% to over 4% this month mass multi tabling always! (15 tabling minimum + watching tv shows/movies on the 2nd monitor)
- Gained even more edge vs regs in pre flop and post flop as well as r/call 3 betting all phases (trough sessions with students and working on my own a bit)
- Worked on my game very little this month less than 5 hours (which I will definitely change once I gather roll for 30s to switch)
- Made back all the money I spent and feel safe again with my bankroll
- Towards the very end of the month something happened that influenced my poker future so now I have way more responsibility both coaching and financially (look forward to see what this year will bring for all the guys studying with me)

Here are the combined graphs from 1 to 30$ limits using both buy ins and $ function.
There are games missing there cause I played 7$ HU Hypers without tracking software on my new laptop so they are not imported in there. Sharkscope also says that I played 2002 games while HM1 says its 1998 games. I will use HM1 stats, enjoy the graphs and stats and see you in February!

January 2014
1998 games (69.3 hours)
Average buy in 15.50$
ITM 36.6%
EV ROI 4.4% (1374.56$)
ROI 5.6% (1734.09$)
1st 20.6% 2nd 16% 3rd 17.9% 4th 19.8% 5th 15.9% 6th 9.8%
Total Rake 2229.12$
Total RB value 37% as continuing SN 824.7774$

Total profit post RB 2558.8674$
Hourly = 36.92$

Stay sexy and cool!

Thanks :)

Hope to make more in February as I will go for 3k games minimum. If I keep the same hourly$ and play around 100 hours (30% more then in January) it should be reachable :)

Right now (and in general) I am saving them for 100k bonus (1.6k$) as SN. At some point in January was considering to cash 40k bonus (600$) but decided to hold of on that one :)

Before SN I really think it doesn't matter that much. If your goal is not to reach SN then you can play those FPP satellites that cash at some sick value. I haven't played those but I have seen Ponchua and Kymatoz (fellow regs from 15s) play them , Ponchua even told me they were very soft , so go figure :)

Thanks buddy appreciate it!

You will be happy to find out that I did 8 hours of guitar teaching in January with 1 single student. It went awesome and next Saturday have another student joining him who will take 2 hours bi weekly so in February minimum 12 hours total :)
I am slowly building back my guitar teaching cause I simply love music guitar teaching seeing students grow its just magical stuff. Will consider resuming some of my webcam guitar students but I don't want it to get in the way with grinding/coaching/life stuff so I will take it one step at the time!

How are you doing with your planed move, cash game sng and other variants and your plans for this year overall ?

Thanks for stopping by, love having fellow musician here :)

Some goals for February

- 3k games 15s turbos (100-110 hours of poker)
- 15 tabling with tv shows/movies in the background with EV ROI of minimum 3%
- Coaching minimum 70 hours (7 students, 2-3 sessions a week per student)
- Working on my game 5-10 hours (review some crazy reg plays mostly!)
- Teach guitar 12 hours this month
- Attend one live jazz gig and perform a bit
- Visit spa center in Niska Banja minimum once
- Rationally spend money (aim to spend 1k maximum)
- Keep daily track of money outgoing expenses
- Time for family friends and girls as much as possible
- Set up and follow system for gym and healthy eating !

So 1st day of February, played 100 games and coached 1 session. Will coach another session later tonight (in hour or two) so on track so far with goals.

Here is the graph for the session. One of those days when things are just not going my way at all (get in in with top 2, get called by TPWK and they counter my top 2 either by hitting their kicker or board pairs up turn and river ; strong hands vs monsters; monsters vs sets etc)
I am however super satisfied the way I played cause I payed attention to my raise calling and was making lots of spot on calls catching regs nicely. Hope they continue to do those crazy 3 bets vs me ;)

February 1st
100 games (3.6 hours, 2 sessions 50 games each)
ITM 33%
EV ROI 5.6% (84.54$)
ROI -5.6% (84.33$)
1st 18% 2nd 15% 3rd 17% 4th 17% 5th 22% 6th 11%

Have a good weekend all!

Glad you are getting back into and enjoying the lessons. It's good to pass on a skill that they can use and enjoy and pass it on to others. It's like you are leaving something behind when you are a teacher. Same with the poker. You are passing on a skill that will make them a living. Webcam guitar students sound good, as you could move anywhere and keep the students.

I'm planning a pre move trip to Bangkok( fun part) and Phnom Penh in Cambodia ( research part). I would be there already if it wasn't for the protests. I have spent 11 months in Thailand over 5 trips, but only two weeks on Phnom Penh. I can't teach in Thailand as I don't have a degree, so I have to look at poorer countries like Cambodia. It's really poor though, compared to Thailand. In your face kind of poverty. The only good points v Thailand is that you don't need an expensive visa trip back home every year, and that you can work legally. I could even teach guitar or play some gigs.
Poker
I need a zoom coach, with a winning cv!
BTW, I noticed you said that no100 zoom, they get it in light. I noticed that on some videos. Whereas in nl25 and nl50 that I played, people rarely went all in. The regs only ever shoved huge hands, which looked like such a poor bluff move, that I called a lot!!! :f_biggrin:

I totally agree with you man, that's what teaching is all about. I love doing it, makes me feel good about myself helping other people out feeling their joy while they improve and discover new things! It applies in any area really.

I would love to hear more about all of the Asia life you had there. Its actually dream of mine to go to Japan and just feel the culture see how people live and breathe there. I have always had a fanatic mindset and I love Asian people cause they are super focused determined and dedicated - love to relate myself with them in certain things :)
So please fell free to tell me more about your experiences so far. You can also write me your skype via community tool and can tell me all about it over Skype!

Regarding zoom coach , take Pleno, MBML or Shevtchenko. Those 3 guys in my opinion are the best on this site, proven winners, play huge volume and are up to date with their strategy. When I decide to switch to it I will definitely take out like 2-3k $ and pay for some sick videos + HH review (sweat session also). They cost tons of money (150$ an hour) but I think in the long term if they help you get like 7k+ $ a month then its well worth it!
Best of luck with that stuff!

Done with everything for the day!

Taught double guitar lesson, then had 2 full coaching sessions with 2 minor consultations that lasted between 15-25 minutes each. Finally sat down to play and played 100 games 6 max turbos + 10 HU hypers 7$ (to show my students how to approach HU).

One super long session and what a session it was. Bunch of setups but also some sick dynamic with Elio Oneiro today. I swear this guy has a thing for me :) Every time I 4 bet him its like he loves to call me down light. Today he was hitting a lot, there were also times that he was ahead of my range but overall my EV decreases with him in my games. I will not table select him but rather spend couple hours sorting out his new showdowns vs me and adjust my open/3bet/4bet ranges vs him - should be lots of fun , very much look forward to it.
Other then all that, had dozen setups also and people were in general sucking out on me in HU but no big deal. My mindset is super strong, not worried, things will turn around, I believe in my game very much !

February 2nd
100 games (3 hours)
ITM 32%
AVG buy in 15$
EV ROI 2.7% (40.39$)
ROI -17.6% (-263.92$)
1st 12% 2nd 20% 3rd 16% 4th 19% 5th 22% 6th 11%

And some LOL sample for HU hypers
10 games (0.4 hours)
ITM 90%
AVG buy in 7$
EV ROI 54.2% (37.96$)
ROI 76.1% (53.30$)
1st 90% 2nd 10%

Going home now to watch Superbowl - go Denver :)
