Thanks guys. About not checking result, I came up with another plan. Before end of the day when I check my results (usually 150-200 games) I have an excel file where I keep track of how I played mentally and technically wise. I always give it a rating for example:
Mental: 8
Technical: 7
Comments: Got "owned" twice, once by a reg, the other by a maniac fish by own mistake. More mistake playing the K5 hand badly on 844 flop, on such dry flops with little draw possibilities just 3bet his c/r with any one OC. Another horrible play vs reg after that, the J9o vs ISO and t90 cb AT9. Noticed some mental issues in the evening when running bad + doing some minor mistakes althoug they are still +EV but not MAX +EV.

So after writing this every day I play I compare it with the EV results. Working fine for me so far. I have some days where both are 9 and some days when they are 6 or 5. Month AVG came 8,1 on mental game and 7,5 on technical game. Low because the first half month was mehhh, I found alot of leaks/try new stuffs and it worked out it seems.

That's a pretty sick idea, after reading that I made my own Excel spreadsheet and will be doing the same

Hi there im curious about your river slowplay with flush on 98 hand. Dont you lose alot of chips by not betting river in this spot? What would be your play if opp raises your donk on flop?

A ton of straight draws missed so i'm guessing he's trying to get value from busted draws that would otherwise fold to a bet. On the flop if my donk got raised i'd just get it in with a flushdraw + 2 overcards.

^^ What Wrig said :)

Seriously people are horrible at bluffing, the sad part is I lose to 80% of them because they always win the flip game :f_frown:

Meh running ultra bad today esp vs the regs where I can't win anything preflop. Here two interesting hands both vs regs. Alot of regs sitting me today no idea why. Probably they are running good vs me, I mean most of them are horrible postflop. I can't do much against them preflop which is sad :f_frown:

Hmm kinda getting bored to keep grinding when the whole week is exactly the same. Doing the best decisions but still like 40-50BI below EV. I know I'm doing the right decisions but this is just so boring that I can't be arsed to grind, I fool around on the net during session. Take super long breaks, stop earlier etc. Anyone advice how to archive "grind motivation" or something? Obv. its variance but even though I know it there is no motivation for me to grind _cry:

I tried listening to some music, mental/poker audio files but they just don't work. I'm also going to not check results for a week but I hope I can maintain it for two weeks.

Not much happening besides I'm not grinding as much as I used to. Last few days been only grinding 4-5hr a day. So far sitting around 800 games for the month with a 5% adjusted ROI (actual ROI = 3% orso). I also completely dropped the 15s, I wil start sitting the 30s regs when I don't have action since the waitlist is getting bigger on the 30s. I want to make some (bad) regs drop back down to 15s.

Cya at the tables if your playing 30 ;)

So far watching this video ( http://www.pokerstrategy.com/video/31335/ ) I'm going to try if building a momentum works for me.

This is so far my morning "creating momentum list" (alpha)
11.00-11.45 Wake up, breakfast etc.
11.45-12.15 Browse forums read emails etc. Finish it a small push-up.
12.15-12.45 "Refine" and re-evaluate 3bet and vs 3bet preflop shoves with ranges. Also further improve my preflop game.
12.45-14.00 Grind.

Other stuffs to add/try for building momentum (will add as they come)
- Watch MTT/HUSNG/PLO video series (30-45 mins)
- Check if Lumosity is worth it (anyone here have experience with it?)
- Make a special database review list that requires 30~ mins to do so I can do it everyday to review some specific spot/position
- Buy a crosstrainer and exercise in the morning
- GTO on limping and vs limps against fish/regs at deep/shallow stacks.

Things that take my momentum away
- Reading (poker) forums and emails real quick during session
- Listen to music (when bored)

Copied from the vid link at the end:

Spoiler

ACTION STEPS:

Set up a document/notepad for tracking momentum
For 3 days, track everything that you do throughout the day (activities and the times you are doing them at) - for example:
8.00-8.15 Shower
8.15-8.40 Breakfast
8.40-9.00 Checking e-mails
Once you’ve done this, go over each day, and try to determine:
Which are the activities that take momentum away from you
Which are the activities that give you momentum
Now, using the activities which help you get the momentum, develop a routine for building it.
Use the routine each day in the morning for a couple of days
If it doesn’t work, change it until you find one that does.

Going to start sitting regs at HUCAP on NL200 and NL400 as well since they aren't as good as the good HUSNG regs. Mainly when the action is low I'll sit a few. 5-10bb/100h vs them should be maintainable.

Pretty sure you're not going to get action vs them ... HU cash is dead :/
