I have PT3 for Holdem and Holdem (or Omaha) Manager for Omaha

I little speed it up and start to playing 6 SH tables... I belive I will have to reconsider number of tables as 6 seems to be to much a and provides place for errors as it is difficult go for 3 hand, writiting notes and in 1 considereing fold/shove ;).
Started as well with NL100 tables at FT, not only bodog...
For today's session I can say only wow... there will be definetely couple of hands that will need further review and I plan to post it to the forum for evaluation...
One of them would be TT on TQK flop facing 3-bet to SB and big pressure and was about 170BB deep. Other definetly very draw heavy board did not completed on turn and went as well all-in with AA for about 170BB...
Fortunately win all these so I can enjoy ♦

Hey, add me to friendlist or smth(I will copy u his response) or become Gold soon so u can answer BeerBears Q in HHEvaluation forum
I was wondering who is inviting me ;)) Bud did not get to post anything new in some time...
Never mind... I can probably be Gold like in 2-3 days if I play on tracked account... but so far a stay with Bodog due to awfully bad players... as I have tried but I do not have that sort of advantage on Fulltilt or other more frequent sites...
So what is going on... I am about $4700 in BR (was chashing out about $1k regulary for last 4 months), today and yeasterday I gave shots to NL200FR... anyway I would like to be there regulary in mid Decenber.
I plan to give some hard hours to NL100/200 (hopefully) during the Christmast (2 weeks vacation). My wife is not completly happy about that but, how was that ABBA song? Something about money if I recall correctly.
Today I have probably worst day in how many BI I was down to EV... I did not shove monster draw on flop in one hand, the difference would be $500 not $400 in that case...

Plans for next year it will be very interesting...
I plan to buy membership on Cardrunners (for year).
Would like to start with PLO... some how I am breakeven at PLO50 and that I would like to change that. And move to NL300+ on Bodog.
And in meantime complete bachelor management study (hey I do not want to go back to school), but 2 seminars, 1 exam, bachelor thesis and I am done...
In addition I was scheduled something like 13 full weeks audits across half a globe (India, China, Russia, United Kingdoms, Germany) and possible 4 week training for Six Sigma Blackbelt... I really do not have any idea how I will squeeze family and poker to this... and I need to do some gym work... to get in shape.
Have fun

One interesting hand played today... as usually I play very hard on blinds and try to put as much preassure on limping SB...
I would be folding turn to raise, question is if river shove is ok, but when he checked it means he does not have 99% str8 there. Real question is how to extract maximum from weaker hands... other question is, could he fold set there?

Ok, I believe that this one of the best day ever for CashGames... after of 2 days of struggeling (5.5k hands, -$500) this is pretty nice.
For the first hand...
solid MP player opened 24/18 AF6.3 (may be off after 180 hands), other stats seems to be in shape as well.
As some of the picky players want to see some comments for the hands, let me put it here... TT is not powerhouse to his opening range and by 3-bet I would get only fold, or be punished terribly later in the hand.
So when the flop comes very dry I decided to check-raise, as AQ(s) could be part of my range, as well as small pairs, and some suited connectors.
When he called me I give him range of AQ, KQ, JQs, JJ+, 55, 77. Turn comletes some draws and some suited connectors to 2 pairs, ad as well. River completes 4str8 on board and at this point I do not give him on str8 due to range mention above. And due to 2 calls I belive he got me beat at this point on SD. But when I shove here I can still tell story of str8/2 pair/set here and he cannot comfortably call me with JJ, KK, AA, AQ, KQ, JQ.
So the range above gives 68 combinations, from which shove should fold 50 (QQ, 77 and 55 makes 18 combinations), that makes me
Win $68 74%
Loss $99 26%
~ that makes the shove +$42 move.
Without that 8 I would be probably check folding on river as I would not have that fold equity, but still it would be close.

In this hand we have multiway action with
CO 20/6 AF 1.8, other players are something like 40/10. Question is if the line was optimal here as I might loose a lot of value by pushing them out.
But I would rather prefer to make big raise here to stay in with short only (and expected him shove over me/fold most of the time) as I can represent set here (on this draw heavy board).
On turn we cannot fold any more ($75 in pot, $25 behind) - we have more than 20% equity at this point ;)). So I shove it in and was very surprised when he folded.
Would you go differently here?

In the last hand we have SPR little bit over 4, so basically 2 POT size bets. And there is nothing to make me fold hand at this point.
CO is 47/14 AF 2.3, he could have 9 in his range pretty easily.
I have donked on river as he would be checking a lot of weaker hands that I still beat but shoving rest I do not. And wanted value from these that I do beat but he still calling.

Was this for value on T and R? Or u jsut love to turn made hands into a bluff?
See above... do you have any other thoughts? I do not turn hands into bluffs that often. I need to have story that comes with that

Ok, great news... I have appplied for being Volunteer hand judge for NL games and PokerStrategy gave me green light... so I am looking for new challenge and way how to improve my and others game ♠_cool:
Thanks guys!!

I will have to coordinate on that. But probably I do not feel comfortable go over NL25 at the moment... as I do not feel my game is 100% solid at NL100. I am not loosing money there, but still time to time sick BI mistake happens.

My opinion on this:
Short version NL100>NL50>NL25
Long version, u can surely beat NL50 and I think NL50 is a lot tougher than NL25 (on FTP at least ♦) + NL25 on some sistes is liek NL10 so u really shoul d not have any problems evaluating hands at NL25 and if u feel liek there is a hadn that u are not sure about, u will jstu not evaluate it and let it be evaluated by Kaitz for example
i dont understand the way you played hand 1. if you're doing that with TT, you're gg to do that with any non set PP JJ and below, and basically any two that has no SD value larger than TP?
i personally dont like this play esp when u already made up ur mind on the flop to bluff your made hand. i think you can pick better spots on the turn and river to bluff, rather than putting in the $ and hope turn adds to your range and put even more $ hoping that river adds even more to ur range. maybe you can shed light on this if you think that my idea is wrong.
i'm also nt sure abt hand two. i would personally like to stack off on the flop especially so when we are OOP, so many tough cards may come and put us in tough spots, and by calling, we are actually losing out value on hands that would like to stack off on the flop, e.g. combo or strong draws, over pairs we beat etc. calling just isolate us vs a stronger range and lose value vs his drawing range. please also share your opinion on this.
lastly congrats on being conferred as handjudge! all the best!
welcome to the team
sick hand with TT. I would likely not turn that into bluff on that board, but either lead or c/c, but I guess sometimes you have to make moves to make people call you down lighter if you have sets and ofcourse you always have there fold equity.
Hi Guys ! I'll try to give you best answears for your questions as possible (but not today... actually today, but sleeping cycle will have to fit in (ouch 3am
))
Today is another nice day that shows importance of the BRM and how playing with short BR could be really stressful (cannot imagine plaing today with 25BI, that would drive me nuts). And I have just made it 9BI bellow all-in for this month.

I'll try to pick some hands that actually were played poorly (little bit late, little bit tilt due to losses). And have a look on some hands I was not sure about...

Supeyrio, here I am confused by your question. I did not call on the flop, but actually check-raise the field big. Do you suggest lead/shove here?
It was option I was also considering, but I did not have any aggressive players (maybe one, rest was 40/<10, AF <1.5 fish).
By this big raise we actually push out of the hand some bare flushdraws if decided to play hand pasively, the raise as well can represent set here (due to raise size). I am putting my stack in to any shove here.
On turn I stayed HU to short stack with $25 behind and shove it into to $75 POT. Was very surprised that I took the POT without contest there.

Agree with your comment. Should have gone in on flop. Especially we are not deep.

Other promised response. I would say, that the line I have choose here is very very rare for my (may be less than 5%). And as other guys mentioned spewy...
I would choose donking here as default line when I wan to take initiative.

Ok, I have just finished first full NL200 session. Unfortunately not much sucess as I have stack off KK vs AA preflop and AK vs AA postflop :(.
So basically end up -1.1BI, + about +1.5BI on NL100 (1 SH table later only 3 FR were available).
But still felt well about the game and hopefully be there reg soon ;))
I am almost done for this month with playing. I am leaving tomorrow for business trip and will not have opportunity play there...
I will finish Millers Proffesional No Limith Holdem book and watch some videos, do some hand evaluations...
