On the last one his hand caught me off guard. Didn't expect to see T775 there. Lovely opponents, when they don't hit their hands. I lost today a bit 4bet pot when opponent first cold called my 4bet, and then stacked off 3way on KQTss flop with 8842sss. Won the hand with runner runner boat and my AAJxss was a toast.

Howdy ghaleon - have you already played in the last two days with the new change in Unibet? I guess you are one of very few people left on Unibet directly, with most others moving to play via Webclient purely.
Greetings,Sven

Have not tried web client myself. Normal app has been working fine for most part so don't see much point really.

Had funny hand recently. CO limps, I complete SB and BB checks. Flop went checked, turn I hit two pair but also two straights come in. I check, CO bets 1bb and I call. River is A giving me top 2 pair and not changing nuts. I check with plan to very likely call and opponent checks with lower straight having 2nd nuts. Too thin to bet I guess...

This game can be passive small ball stuff or absolutely wild gambling depending of opponents. Kind of never know what you will run into on new session. Today there was actually both. Good amount of limping but also some maniacs. Where as yesterday was not on my side versus loosey goosey opponents today was hot run.

So when I sat on this PLO100 table there was this Tangen86 sitting with around 600bb stack. From my experience this is usually indicator of very active or even maniac player. Sure enough it came quickly apparent he was maniac sort and I tightened my open range quite a bit. For quite a while my deck was freezing cold starting hand wise and rarely connected if I did get to flop. But then things happened:

Spoiler

Pre easy raise-call. Flop hits me perfectly with set and nfd so I went for call hoping I could keep third player in pot but yeah that is probably rare.

Get reasonable ds hand to open from EP. Maniac goes for small 3bet and we get two cold call. These things tend to happen with maniac on table as people often adjust by wanting to play all sort of stuff versus them. Instead of going for wider cold 4bets. For this price I obviously dont fold anything.

Flop is sort of interesting because of SPR. Versus SB I have SPR 1.2, versus CO SPR 7 and versus BU SPR 2.2. So this CO fellow was type to gamble really wide as was also visible on first hand. So if he has any fd or OESD with pair etc. I would not be surprised if he continue versus my iso pot raise. But I still think my hand just needs to protect its equity and its also sort of beneficial if CO overplay. Now in this one he actually had such a hit that he was favourite on flop I think. Even though my hand blocks some of his outs.

Different session and different maniac then:

Spoiler

Preflop I were between call and squeeze. I dont think it matters necessarily hugely. GTO wise hand is just call 100bb deep but CO was active and BU maniac is playing almost any hand. So I felt like squeeze is perhaps best.

Flop come good for my range though especially BU can have fair amount of 2x as well. I go for normal 1/3 pot cbet and both call. They can still have fair amount of overpairs, fd and maybe some like 7x with bdfd. Some 2x would probably raise but slowplay with 77 very possible. On turn I pick up gs and potentially some trip outs. I decided to just pot SPR 1.2 and luckily got folds. I think this is reasonable line to take with good amount of AA as well.

Oh well most profits from last week burned today with -1k€ down. Have to check tomorrow if there was some clear mistakes.

Another expensive day with 400€ down or so. Frustratingly biggest losses versus really bad opponents. Now maybe I overplayed these kings being 160bb deep but this player had been 3betting almost always versus open raises. Plus pretty much everytime someone raised his limp he went for limp-3bet. So in this EP limp, MP (maniac) limp, CO limp, I raise from SB, EP call, MP 3bets, I 4bet, MP min 5bet and I shove. That 5bet obviously scream AA but had already almost half of the stack in. My standard would be to just call that limp-3bet but yeah with how this guy had played I am fine with this play.

Got some back in this. Open EP, MP (another maniac) 3bets, BU calls, I 4bet and we get it in 3way. Had 50% equity preflop...

was also down -8BI last month or so, but i have it calculated in my career. like, i have predicted or tried to predict that these risks will happen. this makes it easier to "cope" with losing 80%/20% situations cause i know it happens sometimes. good luck!

Yeah same run just seems to continue. Well I have to say I did one perhaps bad big bluff and misread my hand in two spots so... some bad stuff from me as well. But yeah some of bigger pots:

Spoiler

So here both MP and CO play way too wide ranges. So I decided to squeeze which can be still bit too wide I guess as stack with EP is 160bb deep.. SB decided to cold 4bet, EP 5bet and we got it in. Decent chance that end result would have been same if I called with SB probably squeezing.

Spoiler

This one I 3bet pre, cbet flop 2/3 pot, half pot turn and river opponent shove for remaining 2/3 or so pot. Not totally sure of flop cbet with SPR of closer to 5 but I think its ok or at least close. Turn I also thought of potting for unblocking so much draws. Didnt love river lead necessarily but yeah not folding boat. Kind of nasty river as any other flushing card I would have folded (beside A).

Spoiler

Here SB had been 3betting me frequently and seemed kinda maniac. So once again faced 3bet and went for 4bet. Opponent lead shoved flop. There was numerous of these grossly overplayed ds hands that sucked out on me today.

Spoiler

This one is bit too wide gto wise. On other hand CO had been active and BU was very high vpip calling machine so his range is wayyyyy too wide. CO called and BU folded. Flop SPR is less than 3 so I think pot-call is standard. Running into top set.

Spoiler

Open MP, CO call, BB squeeze, I 4bet and BB call. SPR 0.7 on flop so easy shove. Of course he has hit like that with absurdly overplayed hand. Dont even want to think amount of times I missed today flops completely or hit plain top pair with similar hands. But this guy 3bet-calling...

Spoiler

3bet pre, half pot flop, pot-call turn with SPR 1.5 or so. 80% on turn.

Spoiler

3bet pre, potted flop and shoved turn with SPR little below 1. Not sure of turn but imo ok. Villain should have enough top pair and fd combos we can still do ok. But yeah not great spot anyway.

Bunch of running into top set otherwise as well where I had stuff like top 2+fd, lower set+fd, top pair+fd. Close to 2k€ down now on last two days. Well still overall ok with my play beside few spots.

Bit earlier had this pot where I am not sure if my line really made much sense. Could have been kind of random button clicking:

Spoiler

So I think flop we can check or bet. Both options are fine. I am not really planning to fold to raise if I do cbet though. Villain make this minraise and I just call. Turn is great for me obviously but does my hand make sense to bet with some showdown value and reasonable draws? Probably not more I think about it.

River villain make weird lead. I was thinking maybe nut flush or some A8 type but it just felt such weird line. I dont think it really make sense to be leading anything so I decided to look him up. But yeah afterward was thinking this felt like random button clicking hand, lol.

First session today with 500€ profit. Second one minus 100€ so good day. Have been filling half of that 2k€ hole now. Definitely feeling better also mentally taking that free day. Its tough when people play like crazy and win every spot.

Most massive pot today was this one:

Spoiler

Had so much nutty equity that I decided to x-r even though BU sizing looked very strong. I think I had bit over 50% to win this 3way allin.

This was interesting spot from opponent point of view as well. I think his line to just call turn is ok though maybe it would have been better to x-r. Well result oriented it was really nice he just called as I would have to fold versus shove. Now on other hand on blank I would have bluffed which has lot of value in x-c line. So I dont know. Could argue to both ways I guess.

Second session went for this light 4bet-call which is standard gto wise 100bb deep with these positions. Villain was fairly active so I dont mind the line but when you run into hand like AAKK its not great :)

Then had this massive setup. Raised pre from BB versus three limps. Half pot flop, 3/4 pot turn and shove river.

As fun hand one of most absurd plays I have ever seen... If someone can guess his hand you can call yourself clairvoyant.

Yeah two days ago +500€ and yesterday -1k€. As you probably guessed yesterday tables were super soft but with lot of gamble happy people. This is as usual ground for me to have really nasty day result wise.

I recorded video going through bunch of biggest losing and winning pots from yesterday. Will probably upload it to YT at some point. Good amount of my hand played itself spots but at least one too optimistic KKds preflop play versus 4bet and some borderline preflop decisions with opening etc.

But yeah in short there was two AAvsAA losses for 240€. At least 4 hands where I got money in as 70-80% equity and lost all of them. Luckily there was some that actually held.

One of more absurd ones BU open and I 3bet AKKxss from blinds. Flop comes like 753ss with my fd. I went for standard x-r and BU stacks off 9622ss with no fd or bdfd. River 2 wins him the pot.

Sometimes it literally feels I do lot better versus somewhat sensible players than these absolute crazy fellows. I guess it's otherwise around in reality. It's just frustrating when these biggest losing days tend to be versus these guys. Not sure if it's correct to say that variance goes up versus them but at least potential swings do.

Just can't get a moment rest from this s**t run apparently. Started playing today. Lost 5 bins for 300-400€ in first 45 mins or so. Equities on all-in spots were out of memory around 60%, 65%, 70%, 50% and then around 25-30%. Last spot was one where I lead 3way J887 on 864ss flop. SB call. Turn was some blank overcard, I barrel 3/4 pot and SB raises pot. Should maybe find fold but I didn't block fd, block straight and SB should not have much 75 anyway. Well he had some 7553ss type hand so bad preflop play got rewarded there. Well my preflop call might be close as well.

After horrible start I had bit of comeback but then got screwed with AA cold 4bet pot on AJT versus nuts. Plus one bluff run into top of villain range. Both in plo100 tables. Around 400€ down in the end.

Had also one funky spot in plo50 where I open BU, aggro SB 3bet, reggy BB cold calls and I 4bet with JT97ds. Got both of them to fold. Not that special but main point was I were 250bb deep vs SB and 450bb deep vs BB.

Could just call of course but I think it's also somewhat important to not have only good/premium AA in that spot. E.g. if BB had called SPR would have still been over 4 so this kind of hand can be nice addition in 4bet range imo. Plus we can also continue versus 5bet for better and worse.

One more short session. Tables were pretty good when I stopped but was starting to yawn every second minute so I thought it's best to call the day. This time session start was burning hot and ended session with +250€ so bit of filling for previous hole.
