Awesome blog! Love the consistent effort you're putting in.

If you have any specific questions or get stuck on something, feel free to reach out to me personally to primoz.bozic@gmail.com :).

By the way, where did you learn about making good presentations?

TY, Schnitzelfisch.

I am just starting out with learning how to present myself to bigger audience but here is website i found interesting:

http://ruletheroom.com/

It is for live events but it definitely can learn you to do better online presentations allowing them be more personal and maybe sometime in future adding your full body in video/webinar.

For sample videos from this author go to:

https://www.youtube.com/user/RuleTheRoomRTR
http://ruletheroom.com/public-speaking-tips-60

I will keep you updated if i find someone what i believe is really good in this topic.

***

Waked up some later today, will do 1 hour - 2 hours studying during morning and then start playing.
I probably should start between theses 2 things go out for short walk to refresh myself and have fresh air.

Thanks for sharing "own the room", i really like two minutes talk videos there.

You're welcome! If you like it, they have a creative live course. It's way more affordable than the in-person multi-thousand-dollar seminars, and I've only heard good things about it.

Hi Kapurs,

I read your blog and find it very good.

The masterlist that you wrote on 12th april is very useful.
To focus on these points when playing.
And beforehand writing down a range for specific situations.

How do you study these things?
Are you studying from a book or from the videos on Pokerstrategy?

Do you work with Equilab?
Do you work with Pokertracker?

Thanks for your reply,

adelaar

Hi adelaar,

I assume you are playing tournament poker.
I am just working to create preflop, flop, turn, river focus drill masterlist.
Watch video bellow to learn more about it and you might try create your own masterlist what is maybe some simpler then mine and add things when you understand them better:
http://www.pokerstrategy.com/video/27186
Preflop part what is posted in 1st page probably is tiny part of masterlists coming, so keep updated.

Honestly huge % what i have learned and know at the moment come from 1 on 1 couching with personal couches. If you can afford it i recommend find personal poker couch and hire him.
https://www.pokerstrategy.com/forum/board.php?boardid=1518

If you have winning/breakeven poker graph and can put good volume in you might want join staking team where you mostly get free couching and bankroll but need share your profits.
https://www.pokerstrategy.com/forum/board.php?boardid=1554

If you have no lot time for poker or you are really new to poker books and videos probably is best choose. PokerStrategy videos is very good, i have no much experience with much poker books so i can't give you good advice on them. You might search advice about poker books on pokerstrategy or twoplustwo.
You can google also other poker training sites but most of them will be paid.

About tools, you probably should have Poker Tracker or Holdem Manager for HUD and hands re-player.
I use Equilab for equity calculations in different spots.
If you are going to play tournaments you might want get ICM calculation such as SNG Wizard or ICMizer what cost some money but definitely is worth it long-term.

Overall, if you can invest money in poker resources or get into staking team you will learn lot faster but if you can't afford it or can't spend lot time for poker videos and books is best places to stay. But overall it about how hard you are going to work with your studying materials whatever them are, even if you get best couch you will no improve that fast if you are getting lazy and are not motivated to push yourself.

Hope it helped.
Feel free to post any questions you have here and i will try reply them as good and fast i can.

Today i am very happy about my focus and game. I might start wake up some later and study some less during morning to not get that tired before starting play.
It seem days when doing 1-2 hour studying during morning i have more energy and focus for actual playing but days when studying 3+ hours during morning already are tired when only starting play.

Loss for day 93$

Played almost 7 hours today.
Will take some time free to go outside home and relax. Will study some after that.
Monday having couching session.

Hey Kapurs,

I had to edit out some of your links as they don't conform to our forum principles.

Today was no doing much studying but played good volume.

Won for today 41$

Watched pokerstrategy video about pokerranger
http://www.pokerstrategy.com/video/31272/
and decided will use promotion to get it free
http://www.pokerstrategy.com/news/pokerstrategy/Play-at-Betfred-Poker-and-get-PokerRanger-free-one-week-left-to-deposit!_82916/

Sadly betfred website was down when was planning do it.

Will watch some news, economic, politic informative videos today. I believe huge majority people underrate what happening now in Ukraine and how it can effect other things.

Can't photograph documents what is asked now because no daylight, will do it tomorrow morning and grind out 2.50$ rake for pokerranger.

Anyway couching session went good. Was reading 7 habits of highly effective people what so far seem real good book.

Will see how will feel tomorrow and decide if will play or study more.

Today not slept that good. I am thinking lot about dropping stake.
Stakers seem postponing everything, no reply when it come more difficult questions, one couch is too rude often.
But i have problem with bankroll, i don't have it and it seem no that easy to get new stake. Not sure stakers will stay as references for new staking team because they seem angry for people who leave.
But maybe i underrate it having close to 5 digit profit at sharkscope.

:(

Right now getting out of MU so it kinda good spot drop stake but no sure.

Today i am looking for new stakes, reviewing some hh, no playing. Thinking seriously about SNGmentors, sample video seemed good.

Anyway i have decided drop from stake what i have now. Having xx$ mu but will pay it from rakeback, so it no big deal.
I just don't think this staking team can improve me to level where i want to be.

I usually no watch or share theses type of videos but this is just amazing.
I believe this is best magician what i have ever seen by far. Never seen someone creating so much people so honestly confused at 3:30. Wow.

About staking, it look hopeful. Might get some nice deal what will allow me study and play more productive.

Today still are not able to play to not drop money during moving out.

Today will study educational materials about different topics.
Also i am doing studying video exchange with one of my contacts, will review his hh in video.

Send application form to 2 staking teams and asked within skype contacts who is looking for players. Will see how it play out.

Wanted list reasons why i think i should not stay at this stable:
*Rude/Non productive atmosphere
*No open to more complex discussions
*Often postpone things
*I don't think they use some softwares right and not open to discuss it while it effect having correct ranges in lot spots.
*No enough experience to bring me to next level where i want to be.

It probably possible to get this stable better shape long-term but it seem too much mess to get into solving, i feel it will be lot more productive and effective short-term and long-term to find stable what is more fitting my needs for studying materials, couch respecting other players who is not that experienced or make bad plays and have more experience overall.
