I just filtered stats for 15$ turbo 9man coz I had a feeling I ran pretty bad...so sick, gonna spend night in replayer but I know already it s just fvckin sick

OK I did replayed all ALLIN hands I busted and that wont be the problem Is it really just bad luck/variance?...guess so...

What s good is that I played 400 games in 2 days.
What s good is that it felt good.
What s bad is that am like minus 100 bucks.
Why? Well, variance I hope. Am being unlucky in HUs lately that makes also such a big deal. Today I was about 41% ITM, that s huge, but 1/2nd place 9/19% and that s bad.
I am also realiying how super small sample it is. Interesting is that more I play, I mean more tables, more volume - more I think that enough sample would be like...tens of thousands games I mean that I am more and more realizing that in 1k games you can run -5%, you can run +15%...in 5k games you can be easily BE, maybe slightly losing...so sick ♦
I am also starting to think again about profitability of 9man sngs...didnt play regulars in month, now when I came back I see so many regs, semiregs, ppl arent crazy enough, there s like 1 fish, few randoms but decent stats and regs...so it makes variance even higher. I have to study every free time to make sure am not making mistakes, coz:

I NEED COFIDENCE, RESULTS DOESNT MATTER, SN IS THE GOAL...and also not to bust ♦

And theres another point of view:

Being BE, playing this volume = 20 days a month of 7 hours playing and about 23k$. It is a decent income, definitely something you can live with so what makes me feel good is that I wont have to let the poker go hopefully

Hey, thx for stopping by. It is a drop, indeed, you said it in your blog - it s like a switch ON/OFF. I did replay these tourneys carefully, my push/fold is fine. Early I was card dead, mostly coolers in push/fold phase. I than tried to look at my ITM and bubble play in general and I was also happy about it, it is just sick ♦
I am playing about 40% "regulars" and 60% KOs and if I would post graph I am breakeven last few hundred games, so not a big deal, but u know.
I havent have a hot run that would last few days in months now...that seems to be a problem.
If am going to lose some money in lets say 5k games, am getting coaching obv., but I dont think am losing player.
And I feel the variance in 9mans when theres 4-5 regs is huge...this can happen :/

EDIT: And for the eveluation forum - I dont have tracked account to PS So I cant visit this section coz of my status. But when I had status I did watch every single video here, also on cardrunners atc, am still downloading some, studying when I can. Just still dont think my game is a problem, will see.
It is funny...yesterday I played 200 games, was aprox -90 bucks. It is one spot AA vs KK on the bubble of 30$ for 9k stack. Or I can find just 2 other games where I lost HU with 2 flips 60/40...and I would have a decent profit...:))) Variance it is, must be...

Hey guys, I have in my opinion very interesting spot to discuss. The hand is from 15$ 9man turbo:

BTN: 930 (9.3 bb)
SB: 1,360 (13.6 bb)
Hero (BB): 1,735 (17.4 bb)
UTG+2: 1,139 (11.4 bb)
MP1: 2,590 (25.9 bb)
MP2: 1,435 (14.4 bb)
MP3: 1,575 (15.8 bb)
CO: 2,736 (27.4 bb)

Preflop: Hero is BB with Q♦ Q♥
4 folds, CO calls 100, BTN raises to 300, SB folds, Hero raises to 1,735 and is all-in, CO folds, BTN calls 630 and is all-in

Flop: (2,010) 6♣ 5♦ 5♣ (2 players, 2 are all-in)
Turn: (2,010) 4♠ (2 players, 2 are all-in)
River: (2,010) J♠ (2 players, 2 are all-in)

The btn who did that raise 300 is very good winnign reg (av stake is 41, ROI 6%, big sample), in the moment I was like...dude, it must be aces. I did encounter this play few times from regs, I might also do that myself. My point is - it is always aces if a reg does this play, dont you think? Coz I was thinking of folding, even with kings. I did ship it coz I had not enough reads and also coz I wanted to see if it really is aces (again) and marked the hand to think about it.
So, do u think reg would do this raise with this sizing with anything else? I know few regs capable of some "go and go" strategy, but it is not possible IP, u have to be OOP to do that, I mean raise like that and ship any flop. If it was "go and go" the sizing would also be little different, I think the raise would be 400+.

I am really thinking of folding against the reg in similar spot with every hand...AA I ship ofc. I was also thinkong of using this move with weaker hands, but that would not work well. For example there is a limper (who is limping a lot), you r on the btn with some marginal hand that is ok to shove over limper, lets say AT. Normally you shove. With raise on 300 your hand looks like a monster...but maybe to another reg on the blinds, but not to the limper who ll most likely call you and u just dont want to invest 1/3 of your stack and fold to a frontbet or whatever happens. So again..this must be aces, always, right? ♦

I wouldn't say it's always aces, but yeah it's almost always going to be either KK or AA, and maybe QQ although you would fml with a bunch of overcards on the flop with QQ.

It's a tough spot, and I'm not sure if I would be able to fold ingame with QQ (but like you said a little voice in the back of my head would try to talk me out of it). I also would be interested to hear what other regs think about this.

Yeah, most of the time it's either Aces or Kings. But this play sucks anyway.It's a huge tell. If he has fishes yet to act on the left +a fishy limper-then ok- it's understandable. But any other way..cmon...

I doubt he would do that with QQ. Even those kings are awckward, limper will flat, A high flop and?

It is a huge tell, BUT...He cares about the limper, he wants him in. Thats why am sure I did this same move few times, maybe I didnt think that much about it.
On the other hand, if on the left is a reg with lets say AK, consider that it is me, I would fold my AK instantly. If he would normally shove, I would call.
So another question is, what is more profitable. That is hard to calculate imo.

But I agree with kurrkabin, with fishy players on the left (limper t100 is always fishy player to me) it is fine and I think the best move to raise like that with aces...aces only - one of the blinds calls, limper calls, we get it in on the flop no matter what, nice. When theres a reg on the left it is better to shove to "hide" the strange of our hand - reg will never flat and it is just super obv tell.
I also think that this limper will call even the shove with a big % of his limping range

Time for another 1k games summary. It was actually refreshing, I had one perfect session, few other in plus numbers, but also one super bad (the last one around -450$, still smells baaad). I handle 22+ tabling, 100 games per session, so I need about 42 days / 7hours of work to supernova

But the last session was really awfull, like u switch it off, had over 21% bubbles, lost 7times with AA, KK against some bullshit hand that made two pairs on the river or turn LOL...u know, funny.

Not much new, just bought the new HM2 and am pretty dissapointed it is so slow with so many bugs...also imported all my sngs super badly and it is useless Gonna test HUD with note caddy and "vs hero" stats, thats the main reason I was very excited about HM2...

Would be nice if you post something about HUD features after you try them. Maybe it is worth buying after all.

At least I am going to wait for later in next year before buying HM2. Let them fix most of those bugs

Thing is I believe there should be beta for many more months, u can see their support forum and daily bug reports, questions, problems...
New tournaments should be loaded fine from PS, older tournaments without "tournament summaries" are just mess and there s no way u can fix it for like 10k tourneys. It is also frustrating that loading reports always takes few minutes. I did crush whole HM2 twice in two days...and so on...
I dont wanna try HUD yet coz if there would be a problem during session, I dont wanna risk it. When I ll have time I ll play just few tables and see coz I like the new HUD popup, wanna use it.

All in all, HM1 rulezzz...;)
