I picked this up pretty quickly and raised 100% vs him, well, seemed that this time he got a bit mad. What a nice aggressive style, 3bet pre and checkdown if the board's scary. After the hand he called me a lucky donk or something like that for spiking the deuce on the river.

edit: Ofc I have him beat on the river, most likely I'm facing a strong ace high without a spade. I think he'd almost always bet a flush on the river. And imo there's a great chance he's calling with AK, AQ.

ROFL :f_biggrin:

The K-High calldown I made yesterday disagrees sir :f_p:

You are clearly in need of more showdown monkeyness :f_biggrin:

Or maybe not...

Not another king high call down! I don't know where you find them all! ;)

What we really need is to find a jack high call down somewhere...

Well I've already got the accidental Q-High Valuebet in the bag so J or T-High calldown is now the grail

What is it with these guys that call on the end with 8 high? Last week I saw something even worse - 3/6 short handed, he couldn't find a raise on the river head's up with a straight flush. I'm not sure whether he didn't see it or thought I might have a higher straight flush (you can never be too careful). At least he didn't fold!

Oops this is starting to look like a derail, sorry taavi ;)

I sometimes play 2/4cent Stud Hi at 888. It reminds me my early live poker days with my friends where everybody made remarks of how tight I was. Wait for the nuts and bet bet bet. Easy game =)

^^When solid players work out they're not solid.

How have I missed 'Revolver'? I'd never heard of it but the trailer looks awesome and I haven't seen a Guy Ritchie film I didn't enjoy. Haven't seen the one with his ex squeeze in it. Obv is obv.

Quite tame really. I would have got worked up after something like that.

I had quite an amusing one where I had followed a fish from a 5/10 table onto a 10/20 table on Stars. Being greedy, after a while I had a look to see if he was playing elsewhere. Unusually, he was and I loaded up that table as well. He left after a while but the table was so soft I carried on there. Some time later I realised it was play money.

I just couldn't believe somebody could play 10/20 play money at the same time as 10/20 real money. I mean, why would you?

Is rake capped at $1? (Shows in both big pots, but in the small 87s pot it shows 2.65$ rake ?( )

It should be capped at $1... That $2.65 rake is really weird indeed, I'll find out what's up with that

edit: HEM shows that the rake is $0.65, and that's what it should be. Handconverter.com screwed it up

The overall rake at $1/$2 (avg. 4.8 players, 16k hands) is ca 4.35 BB/100, which is about the same as on Party.

I just met the nicest villain ever... Basically every hand vs him looked like this if I hit a pair:

Cassava Poker $1/$2 Limit Hold'em - 5 players -

Pre Flop: (1.5 SB) Hero is CO with A  K :club:
UTG raises, Hero 3-bets, 3 folds, UTG calls

Flop: (7.5 SB) J  K :spade: Q :club: (2 players)
UTG bets, Hero raises, UTG calls

Turn: (5.75 BB) 8  (2 players)
UTG bets, Hero raises, UTG calls

River: (9.75 BB) J :spade: (2 players)
UTG bets, Hero raises, UTG calls

Final Pot: 13.75 BB
UTG mucks A :club: 3 :spade:
Hero shows A  K :club:
Hero wins 13.25 BB
(Rake: $1.00)

I was a fishy coward though :( :

Cassava Poker $1/$2 Limit Hold'em - 4 players -

Pre Flop: (1.5 SB) Hero is BB with J  J :spade:
2 folds, SB calls, Hero raises, SB calls

Flop: (4 SB) K :spade: 9 :club: 7  (2 players)
SB bets, Hero raises, SB calls

Turn: (4 BB) 8 :spade: (2 players)
SB bets, Hero raises, SB calls

River: (8 BB) 6  (2 players)
SB bets, Hero calls

Final Pot: 10 BB
SB shows A :diamond: 4 :club:
Hero shows J  J :spade:
Hero wins 9.5 BB
(Rake: $1.00)

You can see him on the right side of the graph
