Hey miljonszalie,

Great Blog mate, really enjoyed reading it. I have just started playing $1 SnG at Full Tilt yesterday, I was playing cash games and hit great runs and then downswings so I had a little break and composed myself and got back to basics studying articles and so on.
Since then I decided to try my hand at SnGs & so far since starting I have a 100% record (1st for all of the 2 SnGs haha!) ;) But let's see how it goes.
BR = $56.80 atm :)

Anyway once again great Blog, please keep us posted!

AKM

BACK TO GRINDING!!! :f_cool: :f_cool: :f_cool:

Pheeew, this was looooooong break from poker. :)

I don't wanna repeat that anymore (was totally commited to school:D)

So, today watched 1 SnG video from Steinek (thx man), and now will be watching both MTT and SnG BRB coachings.

Currently few pages left from "Poker Mindset", and my BR needs few more buy-ins to hit 50 buy in mark for the $5s

GRINDING MY WAY UP!!!

Hi there, fellows who follow my blog! :)

had <3 coaching about 1 hour ago. =)

I'm really happy he DID FIND MY LEAK, and I totally understood why I'm sitting on the micros almost half year. I just saw and heard the explanation of it.

So now I'm feeling very comfortable and can't wait for the new longterm results to come.

Tnx, <3! - amazing player and coach.

I feel inspired and very motivated.

:diamond:and also must push wider when sitting on UTG as short stack.

So push-fold game was my leak. (such a tightbox)

!!! So don't try to sit at my table now unless you wanna lose some money.

Just shippped one live SnG (10 players), with friends.

buy-in $2 (1 rebuy, 1 add-on)

Shippped and won $36.

also I've started to build back my BR nicely. I'm currently at $1 limit with $53 BR.since I had eyes opening downswing I can just be thankfull for it :)

I'm currently working on mindset issues a lot: relationships, fitness activities, and most incredible is that I have put uni stuff in real life as important role, and I just love new psychology video series that Lisa is presenting to us! =)

Love this song. It make sense. And I have fucking good mindset! =)

HAVE A NICE DAY/HAND GUYS!

While doing my set, I opened new table registration and wanted to press register button, meanwhile one already opened table showed and I just preessed all in button instead of register, LOL!

Yeah, man, I moved down in limits cause of nasty swing in $2s, but that's totally OK, since I've read "Poker Mindset" =)

It's morning atm, 8.00 a.m., and I'm on my way to uni.
There are only 4 days left in uni till 16th december, have 1 exam.

atm my BR stand on $51, playing 3x9 SnGs/day + study articles at least 0.5 h/day.

Played against you yesterday, even lost a poor push and you knocked me out. don't think you noticed that... As PS.com SnG articles aren't for turbo , then what are you reading? anyway playing turbos with basic SnG strategy?

Hey, man! I noticed you already at the very beginning ;) - and insta marked you green with note: ps.com BRO, as I do for everyone from our community (to avoid playing at same table in future).

SnG articles aren't for turbo? ?(

- OF COURSE THEY ARE, imo, haven't heard they wouldn't. - So I read them and nth. else. :)

atm I earn FTP to buy Collin Moshman's "Sit 'n Go Strategy" book. I'm hungry for it. _evil:

I also do training with pokerstrategy.com ICM Trainer.

And personally I prefer to get a good mindset be4 starting climb up in limits to know how to treat/beat/expect from your limit. :)

Well I somewhere read it, but can't remember, can anyone else approve this?

Anyway, in my opinion, it's ok to play turbos with this strategy, but ICM is way more important on turbos than regular one.. That could be the main difference.

That's true. There's not so much post-flop action in turbos, when we get ITM and on bubble, there's mainly push or fold.

Mmm, in Normal speeds you need better 20-30bb SH skills, in Turbos its just ICM ICM ICM. Push/fold skillz are always useful though in SnGs... and imo Turbos are better.. less boring, better hourly $$$. ICM Trainer is super good for practicing, Moshman's book is OK i guess, not great.. better off just spending heaps of time reviewing with other players and in the hand eval forums.

Now I have 2 FREEEE WEEKS from uni, and I'm going home from my capital city to my small home town.

I need to set new, effective goals, cause I feel I'm kinda struggle in micros.

tnx for reading,

UPDATE IS HERE!

Real life.

Have understood some important things about myself, my character. I want my life to be complete, happy. And if I look at my life at the moment then I can't say so, that's why I have some things to improve. I have already some goals, but they are too personal to post them here =). One of them is deffo regular sport workouts, my education at uni - I'm gonna be physical therapist.

Poker

I've understood (after reading "Poker Mindset"), that atm poker is a great hobby for me in my free time, BUT my state of mind tells me than it's something stronger and more impressive to me, like powerfull gun - if you now how to use it, you'll deffo benefit from it, but if you don't know how to apply it (cause of poor theory, tilt effects), than you can hurt yourself. f.e. I know the BRM role, I also know I can beat $2 turni SnG at FT, BUT lately I played $2 by applying 35 buy-in rule (few times it worked out and I withdrew $200 together from my BR cause of necessary-true necessary), THE problem is that I know that your BR should be so strong to persist those swings that happen, - so atm my BR didn't persist latest swing and I'm almost broke in terms of $, but not in my mind, I have $10BR atm, I won't deposit. - I will study the shit out of theory and start playing $0.30 daily dollar satellites as I've done before. I bought new Full Tilt cap and sports shirt at FT store for my inspiration and well being about poker. I have every article printed out of pokerstrategy.com and atm I'm in the middle of silver ones. Also my friend has SnG Strategy by Collin Moshmann, wich he said he can easily give to me. One thing about poker is that I know the theory and psichology about beating at least micros, but when it has gave you so many beats (in my case last 2 months), I just think I need a break from playing so much, but I need study and improve more, more, more!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! As I've tried many ways of poker, I can clearly say that I wanna study and beat SNGs and MTTs atm, CASH maybe later with higher BR and some good coach. Even I feel a bit dissapoint about my latest results at tables, I know I can beat the game, the thing is that for now I MORE understood the role of BRM and MINDSET, which is SO IMPORTANT, so I know my leaks. Also worth mentioning in this year was coaching with <3, thank You man, you're great player and coach =),merry x-mas and happy new year to You. And micro guys: proky11, dipsnis, I hope you can soon move up in limits and beat the game, so wish you happy new year and luck at the tables! =)

edit: Oh, yeah - greetings to Ged (gedwashere91), hope I'll catch you some day my SnG fellow. ;)

Atm I'm in my student hotel room, had some celebrations last days with fellow students and friends, tomorrow will go home _love:

Merry Christmas and happy New Year!!! ;)

miljon.
