This is weird: you sound so much like me! Back when I was around fourteen, I used to play basketball for my county until I obtained a serious ankle injury. I couldn't walk properly for up to a month, never mind run! During this time I bought an Xbox360 and eventually starting playing Gears of War competitively. I gradually became better at it and got sponsored by multiple organisations, meaning I could attend LAN events for free because they paid for me to go. Gears of War 2 wasn't very successful and eventually died out on one of the main circuits and so we were forced to stop playing. I was planning on waiting for the return of Gears of War 3 so that I could start winning money again but I've slowly swayed back to poker.
I've always been passionate about the things I enjoy the most and so I tend to put a lot of work in to them. I'm also eighteen but I'm doing an extra year at sixth form because I didn't enjoy the subjects I did in the first year. Hopefully this year has gone well and the next one does too because I want to join the RAF and for the role I am most interested in I need my current GCSE grades and two A-levels above a C grade.
At the minute, I am playing $3 standard SNGs on PartyPoker under the name R_Belfield. I hope your poker goes well for you and I'll try my best to follow this.

It´s such a funny format imo ... I like to do stuff like valuebetting K high on the river etc. ♦. Also I soo much like the fact I make ppl tilt (I am an ass I admit ♦ ) ... you can´t quite do such stuff in cash. Also you´re involved in every hand so you´re never bored :).

I know what you´re talkin´ bout. It´s same with me so often ... I would rather grind all day long than read 6 sentences from an article ... but luckily enough I do push myself lately to watch at least one HU vid a day.

That´s actually the most important thing mate. Imo it´s important not to get stuck in front of the computer screen and have a life. Good to hear you actually do that !
