Well, dealing with tilt is one of the hardest things to manage, I'm not sure many people can say they are truly able to play optimal after several huge suckouts and beats, it affects most of us even if some are affected less than others.

The important part is to learn to spot when tiling is affecting your game "too much" for lack of better words, as any negative effect is bad obviously. But when it's causing you to play bad enough that you no longer have an edge, and take a break.

Couldn't agree more. At least i am good enough to stop playing when i can't play my A game anymore. But i am not good enough, to stop tilting fully.

This is reminding me, myself Tiltmeifucan, someone of you can!

Hi!

I'm back with few updates.

:diamond: At the moment i am running badly, lost about 40$~, small tilts, few badplays, and much unlucky spots for me.

:diamond: Well whatever, i am moving back to NL2 for now , let's see how it will work out for me.

:diamond: Recently had problems with hand converting, still has. I understood the problem, cause i didn't delete table name Zoom in the hand that's why hand is not recognized by PS hand converter, but there's problem if i delete "Zoom" from hand, then from 9 known players there 3 left, with no stacks. I was like

:diamond: Half month has ended, as i checked have completed all of my goals already (will update that when June will start), so even with downswing, everything is okay.

Hey Tilt, now following your blog, although I don't play the same game, I'm

always for someone working hard at poker to be successful, and keep

improving.

Have you tried any other hand converter?

I use deucescracked(u don't have to log in) paste the whole hand history, and

after converting, just delete what I don't want to show.

There are also options like use alias, show results etc. Sometimes I delete what

I don't want while making my post here.

I don't know much about other converters, so somebody else might have an

easier answer.

Peace Vm

Grats on the 100k hands!

The first 100k feel as if they take a lot longer than the following ones!

The Sunday Storm sats have absurd variance mind you, you'll need a massive sample to see true winrate.

Heh Tilt:

Started following your blog. Looking good. I am mostly doing SNG, as I find it easiest to grind and can handle the tilt better.

Can I ask two questions. What are you using to post your hands?

Mine dont come out with the nice graphic suits using HEM in 2+2 paste to clip board. Any suggestions?

How do I get a link to my blog in my signature? I try to paste a link but it just posts the HTMP code in my signature not the linked phrase. Any suggestions?

Hi Drew,

In order to put the link in your signature, you'll need to use the BBcode tags, which are disabled by default.

If you go to Your Profile, and Edit signature, then in the Options box under the input field, uncheck the Disable BBcode in this signature box that's ticked by default.

Then just use the Add link button above, or enter in the format of [ URL=enterurlhere]Enter text here[ /URL] (without the added spaces, which I included just for purposes of showing it).

After that it should show up just fine, let me know if it's still being troublesome though please.

Regards,
Richard

Thank you for explaining Richard :)

@SecurityDrew i am using Pokerstrategy hand converter. Well now i am playing just cash games, no more Zoom for me,( so i don't need to worry about converter problems anymore, cause it works for cash game hands ) , i just don't like it very much, i have much better profit in cash games, finding fishes and stacking them.

And for 2+2 haven't tried to convert there, cause ps converter works for me. Deuces cracked converter didn't work for me though :f_confused:. Well that's not important anymore...

Hi!

I am back with some news. _grin:

Yesterday when my br hit mark of 110$. I felt a bit upset. I felt bored with Zoom, so i wanted to try something new.

I do play just cash games, so i was thinking there's nothing to change. True is i suddenly had this idea to try out Mid Stack Strategy. Today i started to play according MSS and to be honest i like it! _thumbsup:. Is it because i had good first two sessions trying out MSS, or because i can play much higher limits . Guess it's running good and taste of something new

My bankroll stands at 117,28$.

I never actually played NL10 before, because my br was't that big. My biggest br was 157$ which is just a half of NL10, if playing BSS with 10$ BI, but now i can play NL10 because my BI is just 4$ x25 BI = so to play NL10 i just need 100$.

+Sunday storm sats are just so sick, hope i even out things in EV

$4 is midstack! be careful not to mix the strategies up

anyway it's good to try out different things, at the very least it should make you feel refreshed the next time you play BSS :f_biggrin:

Hello. I see you play MSS. Do you use starting hand chart? I'm convinced you have some leaks especially in your preflop play. I can write my review of last hands you have posted if you want. Btw nice blog :f_thumbsup:

First of all Welcome to my blog John! _grin:

To answer your question:

No i don't use starting hand chart. I believe i don't need it anymore, i have some decent winrates in limits which i play (except Zoom NL5, to be honest i don't like Zoom extreme nitty/retarted play there i just can't suit myself to it and in addition i hate that i don't know my opponents stats, or i do know them, but mostly there are just TAG's, but in cash i can easily table select find fish and stack him. That is why i prefer Cash games instead of Zoom) . But of course i want my winrate even better, so i am learning, posting, grinding! :f_biggrin:

Well i do have some leaks, but i think last four hands what i posted i played well, maybe not perfect, but good enough in other words in +EV.

Why did i push JJ? _confused:

Because villain was absolute donkey :f_p:! He was calling down any bets. I was thinking if i raise his bet he would definetly call, and overcards could fall _mad:, so i knew he definetly would bluff most of his hands and make me lay down the best hand , so i just pushed my hand right away instead of raising. I knew he would call with worst hand in most scenarios. And he did! That's what i was thinking.

Still like to hear a opinion! So yes you can review my hands if you want!

Thank you for checking out my blog, good luck man!

Best regards, Tilt
