What I meant was you could check in Pokertracker how much fold equity your cbets have had until now, with filters. Then you will see it is a lot. But it requires a little bit of knowledge of how the filters work ...

You can filter out the (2bet) hands where you are the pfr, and you cbet the flop. And from those filter out the hands that you won with the cbet. Then you can calculate the foldequity you have had.

Just a suggestion though

I use these filters:

For the 2bet hands (no 3bet-hands) where I was the preflop raiser and I cbet:

For the same hands, but the ones where the cbet won the hand:

In my database, the first filter gives me 622 hands, and the second filter 440 hands.
So my cbet-foldequity was 440/622*100=70.74%

I can make a file for the filters, but I wouldn't know how to send it to you. Note that I made them up myself also.

First filter is 220 and second filter is 165.
So my cbet-foldequity was 165/220*100=75%

By the way, my cbet% is this.

Wait, I see there is just a stat for that haha: The CBET F Suc-stat is the same, but it includes 3bet+-pots, which should be why the numbers are different from the result given by my filters. (there is nothing wrong with my filter, is there?)

The 75% does not include 3bet+ pots. But basically, even if you bet 100% pot as a cbet you only need 50% total equity.

It's the same with me, I need to 3bet more often as well, and I am doing it more often now.

I challenged 5NL R&C then lost a lot:f_frown: I think I couldn't adjust to aggression of the random players on R&C and did mistakes ratio of bluff-catch and fold.
I need to focus on playing 5NL normal table for BR.

It's been a while since my last post. I visited Philippines and lost a lot:f_mad:
Then I was down about poker and lost motivation. Because I felt I became stronger than before but result was not good.

I kept a distance from poker then I'm back.
