Long day ahead of me tomorrow.

I'll be spending about 7 hours in the train. Sick huh? Hard to imagine I'm not even going across the swedish border.

I'm going to visit a swedish freelancer, and 2 other swedish communitymembers will be joining us too to get a sick grind on. Sicko PLO players they are. I have a feeling I might have turned into a PLO-player after the 8 days I'll be spending with them. Either that, or SNG player since z4tz is the swedish SNG-coach. Neeeh, never. PLO, ah well maybe. But SNG? NEVER! :f_biggrin:

I'm sure we will have a blast :) It will be a preview of would it would be like sharing a place with other pokerplayers aswell (which is my intention for September sometime and onwards). It will be interesting to see what its like.

I'm thinking of setting up some goal for the stay. It would be fun to make a challenge with all of us, but I guess we'll have time to discuss that. Either way I'll probably set up a challenge for myself. :) 20k hands would be sick, if at any time I could try to push myself get in 20k hands in about a week, I think this would definitely be it.

I'll think it all over in the train tomorrow and report when I've arrived and gotten settled.

Good night people, sleep tight!

xoxo :f_love:

(I've seen we're closing in on 100k views aswell, yey! I think lessthanthree mentioned when he reached 100k views that his was the 3rd only blog ever to have reached that amount in the english community. Would be so awesome to hit it as one of the first 5 blogs! :f_love: )

cz, I promised you on sapheal's blog that you'll be informed about the ending of "sapheal's gate". I don't know if you read the statement in this topic Truth about Sapheal - he is fired and globalized. no more magic coachings ;)

gl and greetings from sadistic Polish spammers with weird sense of humor :f_cool:

haha well thank you for keeping me informed! I aprechiate you taking the time to find my blog (even though this proves that you may be slightly sadistic! ).

I don't know what to say, I didn't know him all that long and he had me fooled. In my defence though all that was posted was how he flamed somebody, and all the "this is gonna be epic" posts just didnt add up to me. I thought it was a bit harsch if that would have been the only alligation.

As it turns out, I understand where you polish guys are coming from (you might still have bad humour though, what do I know? ) and I would like to thank you. If it wasn't for you, we would have never gotten to know the truth. :) Or at least not this soon.

GL to you too and don't be a stranger! :)

Oh and I forgot to mention I arrived a few hours ago :) Real happy with that. Was getting real boring in the train 6 hours in. Not to mention my body was aching a bit here and there :(

It feels a bit weird. Def out of my comfortzone. I mean home in my room it just feels so safe and warm and here... well it's warm! But hey I like excitement :f_cool:

z4tz is almost done cooking for us. I like it! Not often a man makes me a home cooked meal. Although, if I've not reported anything in here for a couple of days...

We've been talking a bit about a challenge. We are yet to agree on something

They thought 20k hands was a whole lot :f_biggrin:

sidebet for 100k views vs the PI blog? :f_biggrin:
will be close ;) i clicked 5 times now on yours :f_biggrin:

dont do the sng thing! cg > sng!!!! plo is ok, tho quite a bit of variance involved

hf in your grinding house (u got a grinding balla house or w00t?) with the other pros!

@ sidebet on volume: u have 8 days? hm, if all of u play sh, do a 25k hands bet - loser pays for all drinks on tha party day! thats quite a lot when not masstabling. 7 days grinding, 1 day partaaay would be ~ 3.5k hands a day.

haha, I actually think the PI crew will beat me to it, but then again... sometimes they're slacking so much! I might actually stand a chance :f_biggrin:

no no. never SNG :P He might coach me a weebit in it tho, to mix up things and work on my MTT skills a bit. We'll see.

thanks mr twicet!

The others don't have as many days as me. One is arriving late, one is leaving early. And well 2 of them play PLO400+ I believe so I'd actually stand a chance to win the bet since they'll be waiting for action and I wont! :f_cool: I'd say I'm IN!

I'll share your idea with them. Would be kind sweet to at least be able to brag about beating a BM in volume! :f_biggrin:

not only you got fooled, if he didn't make private coaching offer $3k/4h, he could cheat much longer. but after he made that offer, our users (including well respected coaches) wanted a proof that he is so good if he requests so much. then the machine started and our community members found some informations opposite to what he was saying. ok, that's it - case is closed so I won't clutter your blog any more with infos about liars ;)

one more thing, Polish humour is ABSOLUTE TOP RANGE

Spoiler

;)

I got in some hands today which I didnt expect since I knew I'd be really tired.

N.o hands since arrival: 709/20 000

Yet to decide what the challenge will be but 20k should be enough, at least for me :X

Looking forward to tomorrow :)

If JB comes back from holiday soon he'll crush both of them to 100k views. Apart from that he has 2 active trolls around: me and THESHade! :f_biggrin:

I wouldn't be so sure ;)

So today it begins for real I guess. I'm still tired though, 7 hours of sleep after that monsterday yesterday aint really enough for me. But oh well :f_biggrin:

Things started off badly for 8412king. I heard him laugh on and off whilst playing, whilst shaking his head a bit. I realized he was probably lauging off the suckouts, but then today I saw his graph... 12 BI below EV... in 1000 hands. :f_p:

Look at this...

If that would have been me, I doubt I would have been able to laugh about it

hope the same thing won't happen to me :f_confused:

Good news is, I've already put in quite some volume today.

Bad new is im running really shite again. 5 BI below EV today. Think this house is cursed.

Good news part 2: I can just grind it out, and I'd feel silly to tilt in front of others so thats not really an option. Oh and I think we're going to bbq tonight :f_love:

Don't you think you should stop looking at your ev line:

1) it is not that reliable
2) if you are way bellow ev you feel bad
3) if you are way above ev (not that it happens that often - well you dont feel that great either because you think you got some money been luck and not through great game)

good HE > > > ev line

and you would not have a bad news today

:)

well, I would have felt bad today regardless, I ran rly bad in non AI situations aswell. ^^ On a positive note I didn't feel as bad after I had a sandwich in my break =)

But yes, you are completely right ofc. I was actually thinking about not even looking at my results earlier today. I don't really know why I decided not to follow through on that one. Guess I'm in a slightly negative spiral atm. ;)

I will challenge myself to that aswell though: Not look at my cashier until I've released my bonus and it's time to cash out! =)

we're off to the bbq soon, it'll be fun I think. Some of z4tz's friends will be there.

Since I don't know if I'll play more or not I'll just update now =)

No. of hands since arrival: 3.252/20.000
Bonus: 36% completed on part 7/10

thank you thazar for the reminder!

xoxo

Actually when I am running below EV and I look at my EV line I feel better because I know it's just bad luck instead of bad play.

yea, agreed darkzzz!

But I still think the best thing is to not check the results at all, that way you can only feel good/bad about how you played =)

bbq was awesome! 2 americans, 4 swedes and 1 chinese. Real nice people, and food turned out real nice too. Just one of those evenings that can make you forget about any sorrows for a while. Good food, and good company. :f_love:
